I love coming to this ayce kbbq! The restaurant itself is nice aesthetically, and the service is super helpful and attentive. I tend to stick to the same selections 85% of the time and one the ladies suggested some other options that I have never tried that I was so happy with. I really like the beef bulgogi, marinated short rib, the spicy chicken bulgogi and pork belly. The corn cheese and soy bean paste stew are also insanely delicious. I can’t get enough of their homemade kimchi as well.

Their buffet style set up for the banchan is nice too. It’s a good and fresh selection. Overall great experience everytime my family and I come to eat. Thank you Bud Namu!

You won’t find a better deal for the quality of the meat served here. Cheapest option ($23.95 + 15%) is a great deal with enough variety to fill you up and everything is delicious

I came here on a weekend for lunch. They had a special because it was their anniversary. AYCE was ~$24 per person plus 15% tip automatically added to the bill. The disclaimer is on the table menu.

I loved their banchan bar. They had so many sides were self-serve…veggies egg rolls, french fries, Korean pancake and tofu skins, bean sprouts, bean paste, corn, potato salad, macaroni salad, pickled radish, kimchi, and more.
For the meats, I mainly got the black angus beef brisket and thin sliced pork belly. The spicy pork bulgogi and soybean paste soup were ok.

If you like watching kpop music videos, they have a tv playing them.

The customer service was great. It was busy, and the staff were always on top of things.

There was plenty of free parking in the parking structure under the building (it can be hard to see going in and out). They also have additional parking across the street a few 100 yards down; you can’t miss the sign.

Would definitely recommend! Very good prices with a variety of options. Basic starts at 18.99, B Menu is 22.99, and C is 25.99 per person. Great service, quick seating times, and quality food. Good place to bring friends and family. And there are parking options here too.

I got it delivered on Grubhub and the driver delivered on time.

I ordered 1 spicy pork bbq, bottle of water, and 10 fried dumplings.

Driver was nice and cool when I talked to him so I didnt have any issues with that.

When I got the order, they taped up the top of the bag which is great during covid so i know that my order wasn’t tampered with! That’s a huge plus for me since some places dont do this.

Anyways, there was a bunch of boxes in the bag, but I didn’t see my water bottle. Sometimes restaurants would put my drink in the bag with it, but guess they didn’t for this one.

For the food, I didn’t realize the portion of the spicy pork bbq was going to be alone in a single box. It was a lot more than I expected! It’s probably because some places that I go to give me smaller portion for much higher price than it is so my expectation is lower when it comes to the amount of food they give me.

The food also came with sides, rice, salad, and my fried dumplings which was great that those were there.

I thought the taste of the spicy pork bbq was pretty good! I just felt like it was a but mushy tasting. It might just be because it was sitting in a closed box for like 30 minutes or so. Otherwise, I think the taste was pretty good other than the mushy feeling of it!

The fried dumplings was delicious though! Crunchy and fresh! They have holes on the corners so the crunchiness is still there when you receive it!

I didn’t touch the sides, but it’s usually the same as other korean places with sides, you get the kimchi, the potato salad (i think), etc.

Overall, I think this place is good! I think I need to try other food there other than the spicy pork bbq.

“KTOWN KBBQ BUFFET $25-$35” is it.

I’m a normie who comes here once a week or every two, the staff are extremely disciplined and provided consistency for years. Ktown S-Tier.

Go to any K-bbq or restaurants that has the contracts with South Korea Tour Bus companies, they know the deals.

I recently ordered takeout from Bud Namu Korean BBQ, and the experience was a mix of hits and misses. The Japchae was the standout dish that would bring me back again. It had a great texture and taste, making it a worthwhile choice.

The Bulgogi BBQ, while decent, left me wanting more in terms of flavor. It was slightly tough and didn’t pack the punch I expected. The most perplexing part of the order was the Thin Slice Pork Belly BBQ. Despite being priced the same as the beef, the portion was disappointingly small—perhaps only about 1/10 of the beef portion. This made it hard to justify the cost.

Overall, the food was okay—not the most developed flavors, but it was still satisfying. For those looking for a Korean BBQ fix, it might be worth a try, especially for the Japchae. However, there are better options if you seek robust flavors and better portion sizes.

Bud Namu is always great, albeit my second time there but a regular stop for other family members. Due to the pandemic they’ve made a change from indoor dining to outdoor & I prefer it. However, the food hasn’t changed. Everything still tastes good & the concept of grilling your own meat at your table is still fascinating to me. (They use small portable gas grills now). Still the best salad & white rice I’ve tasted anywhere, and of course the meats are to die for.

Although they’ve had a price increase since my last time here, $15.99 to $18.99 all you can eat, I still think it’s a must visit for anyone in the LA area.
