Great staff here! After the DoorDasher forgot part of our order in the pizza portal, we called and the staff not only confirmed it was still in portal but offered to keep it there warm for us to come pick up. Plus the pizza and bread always turns out great!

Again No HOT & Ready! 2 min from my house and i always have to go else where , sooooo so tired of coming here and they dont have hot and ready pizza , like come on if i wanted to wait 15-20 min ill order from itlian place. I hadn’t visited this location in years due to previous poor customer service, but the location is super convenient and I decided to give it another try with pretty low expectations. To my delight, the service had dramatically improved. The space seemed cleaner. Not only was my pizza hot, ready, and delicious, but Toni also provided prompt and efficient service that was unexpectedly pleasant. I decided to try it again, and Toni remembered me, greeted me with a warm smile, she even doted on my toddlers and ensured everything ran smoothly once again. It’s our go-to pizza spot now!

I’m a teacher. I was trying to order a pizza for my students. Before to do the online check-out I called to this location asking to make my pizza without peperoni. (I didn’t find how to change this online)
The girl on the phone was extremely rude and not at all a costumer service oriented person.
I just called to other pizza company and everything ran smoothly.

Today my son went to pick up a pizza. He was wearing his NJROTC uniform, and after waiting more than 40 minutes, one of the employees asked him what he was waiting for. The employee then went inside saying, “There’s a fool here waiting for a cheese pizza.”
In addition to this unacceptable comment, the employees were vulgar and rude. Their behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It makes me wonder — do they have something against the uniform my son was wearing?
The management of this place needs to take action. The disrespect, lack of education, and irresponsibility are at a very high level.
