I have no idea what is going on with this Taco Bell lately. But nobody wants to eat a greasy/soggy taco that’s probably been sitting there for half an hour. Please do better, make the food how y’all would want to eat it. It’s that simple.

I have never had a problem with this place until today. I was going through the drive through and there was no one behind me or in front of me and no one was inside, but the drive through worker was still rushing me, talking very fast to the point that I had trouble understanding her, she was very rude and had an attitude, she told me to pull up to the window before I was done even ordering, and when I did pull up she was standing with a group of her other coworkers just talking, and when I got my food, my fries were out of their holder and scattered all over the bag and there’s some kind of wet liquid at the bottom of my bag, not sauce because it’s not thick enough in consistency to be sauce. My taco and quesadilla were completely soggy cause of the liquid at the bottom. And she rung up the fries as a separate item when I asked for a chicken nugget meal, so I lost $3 when I shouldn’t have. I didn’t have any problems with anyone here ever before this lady, she wears a red wig and worked the drive through window for the lunch shift. This kind of stuff is why I avoid other places and I might not come back to this one anymore because this kind of experience is horrible, she needs to be written up or something.

Today I just I got off work early I had to take a quick stop at this Taco Bell and I had just met a lovely cashier through the drive through her name was Olivia and she made my day I had been working and going through personal things and she made my day she deserves a raise!!! I told her had not good experience at this location at first but she made the experience different so definitely please good people deserves so much more especially when it come to fast food I customer service but yess definitely coming back when I feel for Taco Bell ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wasn’t going to make a public review, but the way that things were handled privately have left me with no other choice.
I placed a mobile order just before arriving. When we got to the speaker in the drive thru, we waited until we were asked by a staff member (not the automated voice that we said “no” to when asked for a code) what the order was. My husband said we are picking up for Amber & we heard nothing for 5-10 seconds. Then, we were asked “is there anything else?” my husband said “no, that’s all. Thank you, I appreciate it” we heard nothing, so he started to pull forward until we heard “what?” So he stopped, further away from the speaker since we had begun pulling off but he leaned out of the window & repeated the same thing. We pulled up to the window & immediately we were greeted with attitude. The employee rudely asked “what did you say?” so my husband thought she was still asking what he said at the end, so he said “sorry, I was saying thank you-“ she cut him off & said 4-5 times “there’s no reason to say thank you” my husband was confused, so he said again “I was thanking you for putting the order through” she cut him off again to repeat another 3-4 times “you have no reason to thank me, I didn’t even hear what you want” realizing what happened, my husband said “sorry, we have a pickup order for Amber” she didn’t say anything & just closed the window, then came back a few seconds later to give us more attitude & tell us to pull around & park. We were able to get our food & leave without further incident, but I wanted to bring it to the managers attention because that’s not how you handle a frustrating situation as an employee. I submitted a review through the app, about an hour or two later I received a call from the manager of the store. I was then told that the employee was not rude at all & that it was a big misunderstanding because she couldn’t hear us at the speaker, essentially the manager was trying to gaslight me because she believes her employee did nothing wrong. Bottom line, there is absolutely no reason to have an attitude with customers who have been nothing but kind just because there is a frustrating situation such as the speaker malfunctioning. It does seem like it was a misunderstanding, however the employee needs to know that she was wrong & it was uncalled for to talk to us that way. It costs nothing to be kind.

This must be the best taco bell drive thru in the US. 430am. They were out of red cabbage, apologized, ask if I wanted to substitute it for something else. Made fresh nacho fries. Apologized again for the delay and I was handed the biggest bean burritos I’ve ever had at any taco bell. How a taco bell can be so genuinely friendly at 430am is beyond me, but it was highly appreciated. ♥️ Thank you everyone!!

Went to the drive thru. Ordered, (very simply) a bean burrito supreme. I was asked , a burrito with sour cream? NO, a bean burrito supreme! Paid pulled aside to eat and it was exactly what she said, a bean burrito with sour cream! Lol I ate it and went on with my day! Not a difficult order!!!

I give this Taco Bell two stars for their uncleanliness and unfriendliness. First of all the bathrooms were disgusting with paper towels spilling out of the trash can. The restaurant wasn’t much different. The tables weren’t clean and there was trash on top of and underneath the tables. We ordered our food and after we got it we found tons of things wrong such as missing tomatoes on the Mexican pizza and the toasted cheddar chalupa was burnt! The drink machine was broken and they didn’t have any condiments out. We got refills from the back but instead of using the cup we had they gave us new cups and told us to throw the old ones away for safety. We don’t recommend as this isn’t the best Taco Bell location.

As a traveling merchandiser it’s always a hit or miss at fast food places. However I will say Grace made our visit such a wonderful experience and our food was spot on. We are so accustomed to our order being incorrect in one way or another but this location ensured everything was exactly as ordered before we accepted our food. Thank you so much!! Terrible food at this location. My wife is a vegetarian and she found beef in her bean burritos. I’m pretty sure my cheese quesadillas had something spoiled in them because they gave me bad stomach pain the next day (keep in mind, despite the jokes about taco bell food, I’ve NEVER had any issues after eating taco bell. This was the first time something tasted funky in my order; despite not finishing, I must’ve eaten enough to cause an issue). For $33 on a few items for two people, this was a terrible, disappointing experience.

Was being rushed to order food & of course they got it wrong. When did they start giving just beef & cheese tacos when you asked for sour cream? Where’s the tomatoes on not only my taco but burrito as well? I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
