Went to get breakfast and asked for a sausage and bacon McGriddle the meal. For some reason everything got charged separately. Anyways not the point. The point of the matter is what do you expect when you are buying a McGriddle egg cheese sausage/ bacon. Never in my life have I like got just a Pattie or just bacon…… this definitely ruined my morning.

I knew better than to order from this location based on past poor service, but because it’s convenient, I decided to try again. That turned out to be a mistake. I brought home a burger that was undercooked. Food should at least be prepared safely, and this experience was very disappointing. Yes, I ate almost half of it before I realized it was raw.

genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve had going to a mcdonald’s, of all places. seriously, how do you mess up a mcdonald’s? it’s been around since forever and they still haven’t mastered it. sloppy service, they basically scam you out of a refund here. i ordered a frappe and i never received it because the machine was broken so i asked for a refund right? they told me to speak to the damn manager and they said he was busy on the phone. for. 30. minutes. was i supposed to wait or something? heck no, just decided to leave and never return again. also thanks for slobbering mayonnaise all over my sandwich

This location is easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the valley, idk what this location is doing to its workers but something needs to change. On every level it’s a nightmare, mistakes I don’t mind but mistakes with attitude, unwillingness to fix it, and cold food straight from the window ruins this place for me. I try to avoid this location and the island one like the plague. You’re better off waiting until San Benito or Brownsville if you want McDonald’s. I’m sure the workers don’t like being in such awful moods and angry all the time, I blame management and how they run it into the ground.

If i could give less stars i would.. my shift ends late and when i come to get food they are always closed for “maintenance” or “detailed cleaning” so they never answer the drive through. I’ve tried ordering online but they even close down the drive through windows to not attend customers.

Ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce. Opened my burger box to find a burger basically sitting in a soup of Big Mac sauce. Couldn’t even pick it up to eat it, so I had to eat it from the top down. There was so much sauce, I couldn’t even see the bottom bun. I don’t know if the person working was having a bad day or just decided to be sarcastic when it came to “extra” sauce. I have never had this happen to me elsewhere. Don’t recommend whatsoever. Beyond disgusted and disappointed.

My food was cold. The fries we soggy and not fresh. The McNuggets we as well cold and burnt. My drink was water down. The staff looked like they were lost and didn’t know what to do. Over all experiences not good. They need new Managment or Owners. How is some one supposed to enjoy their food if they restaurant management doesn’t care.
