It is hard to find a very good ramen shop in Ohio but this is one of the best. The tonkotsu broth was very good. The noodles and ingredients were cooked perfectly. It was slightly under salted imo and I wish the broth came out a bit hotter to the table. The takoyaki was decent but not amazing. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service surprisingly fast and efficient. The star of the show was by far the meat. You get two big pieces of pork which is very generous. It was melt in your mouth delicious and still had an unbelievable char on it with smokey notes. Whoever made this give yourself a pat on the back and keep doing an amazing job!

I went here for lunch and got the spicy cheese ramen. The portion sizes were decent sized for lunch and my food was pretty good. The only real downside was the construction going on that made parking difficult. They did have art from local artists for sale on the walls. It wouldn’t hurt to make it a little bit brighter so you could see them properly.

This place used to be good before they opened a new location opened in Troy. Ive been here about 10 times now and the last 2 times was the final straw. They are constantly out of items and this time completely out of tonkotsu broth. Got the curry ramen broth was alright but did overpower everything else. Shrimp was burnt and literally tasted bitter noodles were boiled until clumped together also found a fruit fly of some sort in our ramen. Portions also seem to have gotten a little smaller since a couple years ago. Takoyaki was good.

This was my first time coming here! For 1 the service and environment are extremely quick and friendly! I got the Shrimp Rangoon, which are absolutely phenomenal! I also got the spicy cheese ramen with extra noodles and pork. The broth tastes soo good, the portions are generous!

Went with a friend and ordered an appetizer (Shrimp Rangoon), Tonkostu Ramen, and Sugar Cookie Egg Roll. Everything was hot and fresh. Montana was friendly and helped us decide what would be best to order. Will definitely be back!

I tried the spicy cheese, and it was amazing! The bowl was enormous — I honestly couldn’t finish it, but I savored every bite. The chicken was nice and crispy, and those spicy chili flakes at the end gave it just the right punch. Montana, our server, was so sweet and made sure everything came out fast and smooth. Everything about the meal was enjoyable, from the flavors to the portion size. This spot is definitely one I’ll be coming back to again and again. Perfect for anyone craving something bold, filling, and delicious!

The food here is delicious! We weren’t sure if we were in the right spot as it’s in a proper neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. Indoor & outdoor parking.

I couldn’t decide what to get so I got the flight. It is only broth and noodles and doesn’t come with any of the fillings of a proper ramen dish. But if you want to try the broths it’s a great option. I loved them all!! YUM!! I ordered a side of shrimp and pork belly to add to them myself. My partner got the ribs and they were delicious. My blueberry mojito was delicious.
My only suggestion would be adding tofu as a protein option.

Don’t be deceived by the location. This is a hidden gem! The best ramen around here. I have to warn you once you try their Tonkatsu ramen you will not have it again anywhere else. I love their vibe and atmosphere. It brings me back home to Austin, Tx.

This is the third time I have been here. The first few times were very delicious, this time I brought my mom back with me. I got Tonkotsu Ramen my usual favorite, this time it did not come out very hot like it had been sitting under the warmer. Also, the pulled pork was a bit dry. They were out of egg and corn as well, which is one of the best parts of that Ramen dish.
I was sadly disappointed because I love this spot. I will try it again, but today was not the day. I’m hoping it was a fluke. Because the quality just wasn’t there.
