Ordered a medium Reese’s blast and paid over a dollar for extra Reese’s to receive a small shake of candy pieces over the top. The entire cup was just vanilla ice cream. Would love to get my money back.

Quite possibly the worst Sonic I have ever visited. I ordered in the app and queued up in the drive through line. Current time was 10:43 pm with the app claiming that our food would be ready at 10:49 pm We then sat in line just before the speaker for the next 10 minutes with the line not moving at all. So, I pulled around to the stalls, #7 to be exact. I checked in on the app and the display said my food was in the kitchen. At 11:05, the screen advanced to they were on their way and then reset to the default screen. After another 5 minutes I pressed the call button. An additional 5 minutes passed and a very rude person asked what I wanted and that I would have to go through the drive through. I asked why they never brought my food and they just turned the speaker off. So I pulled into the drive through line again. The young lady on the speaker there was very polite. When we got to the window, which took another 5 minutes, she handed me a bag and a drink and apologized for the wait.
The bag was stone cold, the burger order was terribly wrong (super sonic plain and dry add lettuce instead of super sonic cheeseburger no tomato, onions, or mayo) and the drink was watered down. I will not be back to this Sonic and would advise everyone else to avoid it as well unless you have an hour to waste to get the food that you don’t want.

RUN. I always have the WOST experience at this Sonic. I came there Sunday to get ONE burger. ONE BURGER! NO CUSTOMERS IN SIGHT (wonder why) I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. Why did it take 15-20 mins to receive? Then my bag was opened and not taped properly??? Like this establishment does not care. I kick myself every time I come expecting better treatment. Do better!

Ordering boards are shot, some unreadable.
Drive thru not attended. with 4 or 5 cars waiting, two finally drove up to the window to order, one or two drove away.
I ordered and tried verifying the order twice, they still didn’t give the condiment that I asked for.
The chicken sandwich was moderately warm.
The fries cold.
Two of the employees more concerned about what’s on their phone, than they were about serving the customers that allow the owner to keep wasting his money paying for their wages.
THE WORST Sonic I have EVER been to.

Dislike they didn’t mixed my Oreo blast. The Oreo pieces were just placed on top. I’m unsure if machine was broken and if it was you all shouldn’t be selling these items right now or if staff just didn’t want to do it. Whatever the case, I find either way unacceptable.

This Sonic has been giving me good food when I order here lately. I have to emphasize that it took a while to get to this point with hot fresh food for me. My issue is with them always running out of spoons and cup holders. They obviously need to improve on this. Finally they get a zero on answering the phone. They use to answer, but with their constant turn over they now are missing the mark on this. The male that answered the phone tonight is the same one that said they were out of spoons. He said the greeting and then hung up. Called back to give it a chance. Picked up and hung up. Called again and no one picked up. The call could have been important, they would not know. They really need to hire better candidates for this location. So this place can be a hit and miss for some. It depends on who is cooking when you come. They are not always consistent, yet they have improved with me personally on the food temperature and freshness upon asking.

My advice: dont go to this sonics. I feel like i have been giving this place one too many chances.
Basically, they forgot to give us one of the meals i paid for. I can understand if its something small, but how do you miss an entire meal? Its a miracle this place is still open.
Either replace the workers with those that are competent and do give a damn or just close the place altogether.

wish i could give negative stars. writing this during my 30 minute wait for a single coffee and order of those stupid toffee bite things. whatever they are cannot be worth this wait and frankly it’s clear no one here gives a crap about doing their job. i’ve never written a review in my life but this experience really inspired me. i hope it inspires you to never come here.
