I got fries, tenders, and a chocolate shake. The shake was good. Really good. Not crazy thick and not crazy sweet. Just right. The fries were not as salty as I was expecting them to be. The chicken on the other hand had an odd smell and it was really really burnt. The service was quite good. She brought it to our table! Wasn’t expecting that! Would I go again? No. Well, maybe for the shake LOL

Carl’s Jr. usually delivers a consistently good burger and fries in a clean fresh environment. Our visit to this branch of this burger chain left us disappointed. The burgers were poor quality on taste, the fries were stone cold and stale and the restaurant had a bad atmosphere and numerous homeless people sat in it and walking in and out using the fountain drinks machine unchecked. Just felt bad. Would not visit again!

This is one of my favorite spots to have lunch during my lunch break. It’s really clean and the people who work here show great hospitality. The manager Araceli is real courteous, every time I come in she greets me with a smile and always checks up on me to see if everything is ok.

This Carls Jr was nice, very roomy, and Clean. The service here was super. Araceli went way above and beyond with excellent customer service. Because of her we wouldn’t mind stopping by here again. Food was made perfect. Araceli is the best!

The food is great but I feel like the kitchen is extremely short-staffed as there are so many times when no one is helping us guests while a line forms in front of the register. The worst of all, the staffs in the kitchen just look at us without coming over to help and sometimes it can take over 20 minutes just so you get to be served, which is ridiculous. Either hire more people to work at the register or have the existing staffs be more flexible with their tasks. It’s annoying having to wait this long in a fast food place when people are likely here to take their lunch break from work.

African American gentleman at the register and one who brought my food was so caring, friendly, professional and even came by asking how the food was and if I needed anything else! He should be the manager if he isn’t already. Genuinely takes his job seriously and then some. Hard to find employees like him. A great asset to the company, I hope his superiors recognize that.

Hello, I got a double western meal and the food was fresh including fries were well cooked perfectly salted and not to mention i ate inside and tables were clean and ready to be used, also Service was great while i was eating they came out and asked if everything was great.
