I may be biased because I came at a slow time (10am on a Wed), but I had a great experience. I was seated almost as soon as I walked in the door. The waitress introduced herself, she was polite, and she didn’t waste time. She got my order put in, and my hot chocolate came faster than I expected. The pancakes also came fast and were piping hot. Came here the weekend after valentine’s.
In terms of atomsphere- it’s a standard ihop/diner setting. No good places to charge a phone because the outlets don’t work. Mostly Spanish speaking customers and staff.
Service for the most part was awful. First got assigned a female waitress. She was INCREDIBLY PUSHY. Got to the table and didn’t even open the menus, yet she was asking for our drinks. Told her to give us a minute, and she just stares at us and asks us for our drinks again 30 seconds later. We couldn’t focus on what we wanted because of how creepy and pushing she was being. Asking every 30 seconds and visibly getting angrier and angrier when we told her we weren’t ready. She gets mad, stomps away, and gets us a new waitress – another woman. She does the exact same thing, and she has an even shorter temper and is just as rude. Then she stomps away and we are given another waiter, who we had for the rest of our meal. Think his name was Mark or Max. Max is super friendly, easy going, and kind. He gives us our time and we eventually order. Our order does take a while and when it gets there, some of our tenders are missing, and we had to wait even longer for them. That isn’t Mark’s fault, though, and he kept us up to date throughout all of this. The women who were our previous waitresses are flashing dirty angry looks and are often on their phones. At the end, we left Mark a good tip and Thank him, but wow, those women are awful and some of the worst waitresses I’ve ever met in the world throughout my travels. I know they’re in my pictures that I’ve uploaded here.
The food was typical ihop. I was charged for 2 hot Chocolates, which I was upset about, but didn’t want to make a fuss. The pancakes however were HALF the size of the usual ihop pancake. We were bewildered by the tiny portion. I’ll say this though- best hot chocolate I’ve ever had at an ihop.
Apparently they have special deals for this location. Tuesdays are family nights where kids eat free with activities from 2-10. Senior appreciation where seniors get 50% off (55+) on Wednesdays from noon to 10. BOGO milkshakes at all times.
Not the best ihop I’ve been to. Plenty of parking though. Clean enough bathroom.

My first time eating inside. I wore 2 jackets and had a backpack. They let me sit in a booth. Service was great. The staff member assigned to my table always checked in on me. Gave me fresh coffee and remained professional and courteous throughout my time there. I went after midnight, so there weren’t a lot of people. Only a few booths of people. Place was clean and condiments were stocked.

Our experience here was a very good one. The only reason I gave a four star instead of a five was because the table behind us was a very loud old man that swore a whole bunch, we have kids so I didn’t appreciate that loud old guy. Food was as expected. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. Food delivery was moderate at about 20 minutes after we placed our order.

I enjoy the atmosphere, the large restaurant with large tables and booths. The food is nothing I can’t heat up myself at home, but sometimes, just want to have it all done for me. Nothing wrong with the food here. Coffee is decent and plentiful. Close to my home, is a convenient aspect.

We came to IHOP last Sunday for my birthday brunch, and Marvin was our server. He was so friendly and accommodating the whole time, which really made the experience special. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and everything was just smooth from start to finish. Thanks to Marvin, the service and hospitality were excellent—I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate!

we arrived on an early Wednesday, there are few customers and we were comfortable with the atmosphere. Interior decoration is excellent. We ordered steaks and fried shrimps, both dishes were great. The staff was polite and friendly.
