Just went with my husband and 4 children. The place was empty and silent. No music. It was dirty. The burgers were so dry. The French fries were cold and stale. The chips my son got were un edible. Paid an extra dollar for the cheese they forgot to put cheese on my son’s burger. They forgot the bacon and double patty on my burger. When I told the girl she said oh sorry. She didn’t offer to fix it for me. The manager gave me some bacon in a little ketchup cup. He should have gave me a refund. Total waste of $70. McDonald’s is better and cheaper.

Why are the employees always grumpy at this Northborough, MA location? I thought may be my previous experience with place would just one off bad employee temper but this seems like a trend here. Today was the worst visit of all. One employee looked visibly angry and was being utterly rude with an old customer. He was banging and clanging utensils while working in the kitchen. He Definitely did not look remotely interested working here. Was almost throwing trays at customers when serving orders. I definitely don’t want to eat food made with resentful mindset. Never coming back here. The floors and overall furniture always look sticky like another review mentioned. Not sure what the problem is. Owner of this franchise at this location is either not doing their job well to keep employees happy or something else.

Mooyah burger, not too bad. Slightly pricey but certainly filling. Thick, juicy, and flavorful. It’s a decent fast-food burger joint. Small number of seats, but clean. Their shakes are pretty good, thick like I like it. The only real problem I had was the wait time for pick up. I came a little past the estimated pick-up time but had to wait another 15 minutes since it wasn’t ready. Good service though and nice workers. They even replaced my shake since it was all melted before I got it. Overall good flavor and an even batter shake.

Well nobody can say 5 guys are better!! NO WAY ARE THEY….. My husband and I went on tues about 3 ish p.m. and O Boy that was so fresh and juicy burgers with the special sauce. And O MY We tried a shareable homemade potato chips! Those just topped it off. We haven’t shut up about the place. So guys I forgot to ask ur names and I’m sorry cause you were all great as well. Thank you for your great, friendly and professional service. AWESOME 5+ STARS GUYS WHICH MADE ME GIVE A HUGE TIP. SO THANKS

Food was subpar, waited almost 30 minutes passed my pick up time so everything was cold, argue about what I ordered and what I was missing, wouldn’t acknowledge I was standing there, was given cuddled cream in a drink. The place was also quite sricky and gross. Definitely needs a good steam and scrub down! Got home and was missing items off the burgers that we paid extra for also.

Positives? The burger with Prezel bun was good. My fries were fine.
Negatives? The potato “chips”. These chips were not cooked nor were they even a hint of warm as expected with a fresh potato chip. When brought to the staffs attention it was met with an attitude oh “yeah that’s how they come”. Not a shred of care to help rectify the issue. The store was also filthy. Feels like the place is just going through the motions until the day it goes out of business. Too bad really because the establishment used to be worlds ahead of its competitors in terms of price and quality and now it’s met with complacency and seems to be stuck on how to move forward. Site needs a new direction and leadership.

My food has always came out prepared and ready to get picked up. My favorite items are the ones with the lettuce wrap. It just taste much healthier. My only critique is sometimes the french fries and the seasoning on some of the burgers are a bit on the saltier side. There’s def better fast food, but for what it is, it’s still good.
