The manager was rude telling us that their short handed and couldn’t come outside to hand us our food and was also informed that they wait until the curbside customer come inside before even baggage up when short handed! Literally waited 15mins just to have cold chicken sandwich and burger!! Only thing hot was fries! Also when asked how come drive through didn’t wait 15mins she rolled her eyes and walked away! Very unprofessional!

Door say dining room opens at 6 am. Stand outside in sub freezing temps from 6 til 610 while employees look at you and refuse to open doors. Thinking this may fall under false advertising? Maybe management should update their hours to “whenever we feel like opening”

I’ve lived in Atkins all my life. Been going to the McDonald’s all my life. Used to be ok. Even worked there myself. But nowadays. The food is ALWAYS cold and the workers have got the worst attitudes. McDonald’s need to really reevaluate this place.

Got here at 5:30 am the doors were locked, the lady said drive thru is open. I’m on a semi truck I can’t go through drive thru, she said we open up at 6:00am okay, I waited till 06:05 went to the door, she saw me but still refused to unlock the door, long story short I waited for 30 minutes and still no unlocking, I gave up and drove away, rude costumer service and never returning to this location, horrible.

We come through here every week on the way to church. One day they started charging $1 for a small water. I could understand charging a small amount for the water to cover the cup but they are gouging customers. It’s a shame on the owner of this McDonald’s as other McDonald’s do not do this….

Stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick bite, and everything was just how it should be. Food came out hot, fries crispy, and the burger fresh. The place looked clean, and the staff was friendly and fast with the order. It’s nice when a spot keeps things simple and gets it right

Worst McDonald’s by far! We ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals in the drive through and thought everything was great. We should have checked the burgers! There was so much salt and pepper that we both became ill. I called and was told they would refund me so we drive all the way back into town. Because we had eaten most of our fries they only refunded us for the 4 cheeseburgers. We’re back at home now, both with nausea and unable to eat. When I say there was so much salt, it was like they dumped it onto the patties on purpose. It was more than 1 burger and the patties were COVERED! Thanks McDonald’s for the great Friday night!

Ok so we have never been here before and will never return. We are on the first leg of a road trip and decided at around 8 pm that we would swing in a McDonald’s and get a quick bite to eat and get back on the road. Waited 20 minutes in a short line for our food and when the food came out my wife’s nuggets were cold. We had to loop in and spend another 5-10 minutes waiting on her nuggets. I gave 2 stars on the food because mine was ok. Don’t come to this place if you are expecting fast food to come out fast.

Updating: We went back. Small town and one of the only places in town that’s open late. They redeemed themselves. I used to never get an order at this location that had all the items in the bag. Then the undercooked raw in the middle burger happened & I didn’t go back for months. Word of mouth said they’d gotten a lot better & I can safely say I haven’t had one bad experience here in the last 6 months. Extreme improvement. Below is my original review which I am now updating from 1 to 4 stars. I’ll update again in a few months.

After years of wrong orders, unpleasant service….I’m finally making a post. This is what to expect when eating at our 1 of 5 places to eat in town. Pretty fed up, I’ve traveled coast to coast working and my hometown McDonald’s is hands down one of the worst I’ve eaten at.
Sorry not sorry. 2 weeks ago I received the wrong order, then got mine and it was missing items.
