We decided to stop in at Arbys in Kaysville to eat before we headed home. Great food and absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Eathan took our order and he was so awesome. He was happy from the moment we walked in to when we walked out i have been to so many restaurants and I honestly have never been so pleased to see a young man with such great customer service. He honestly deserves so much more then a great review.

Regular and occasional customers of this store should be careful with what they’re getting, as they’re receiving fewer ounces of meat in each sandwich than they pay for. The store manager is ordering the ham cooks to put less meat in the sandwiches, so you’re getting less for your money.

This review is for Maria B. specifically. This is the first time I’ve been to this particular Arby’s and was treated with amazing customer service and respect. I find my self stopping at this location frequently for some reason and to be honest- I have no idea why- every single time I’ve been there previously- the staff is rude as all hell. They act like they’re put out when I ask for them then to give me the sauces that they forgot to include. They’re rude, they have little to no social skills and the customer service NONE EXISTENT! They need to remember that this is their job and learn to take pride in it- they are not doing people a favor by doing their job, someone should make them aware of that fact because it seems as though they think they’re above being their. SO- all that aside.. Let’s get back to Maria… First of all, her accent- adorable! Secondly, she had such a caring and gentle disposition and a great attitude; she was very courteous and genuinely friendly. My husband and I were waiting on fresh potato cakes and had forgotten to ask for sauce, Maria came out and was so gracious about running back in to grab us some ketchup. I could go on for days about how nice it was to go there and not have some teenager practically throw our food out the window as soon as we pulled up but I’ll just leave you with this- You need to hire more Maria’s and less entitled teenagers and women who are clearly unhappy with their jobs. She deserves a raise for sure and maybe you should consider having her train/manage the other employee because she’s a perfect example!

This all started with my husband who tried to place a mobile order to pick up as soon as possible however, after submitting the order it said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow at 10 AM. So my husband pulled up to the drive-thru and they said they didn’t see his order so then he had to re-order through the drive-thru and he asked if they had pumpkin pie turnovers but they told him no, even though it says on the app that they do. Then he gets home and realizes that they gave him two roast beef sandwiches instead of two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. On top of that we ordered two apple turnovers and both of them had nothing in them. No filling whatsoever. Not impressed with this visit and now we have to worry about getting our money back for the 1st order that we placed because it didn’t give us the option to cancel the order.

This might be the worst possible thing to ever happen. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and they didn’t bother slicing the meat so I got a bunch of solid chunks of roast beef to go along with my cold soggy fries. The root beer was pretty good though.

Where’s the beef?

That used to be their slogan. Saying they had the meats. Well, this time they have succumbed to the cut backs and price increases like most other places.

We were wondering where our meal went before we took our first bite. I now consider this very overpriced for the meager amount of food you get.

We ordered a double beef that seemed like a wimpy single.

And the French dip… well, it used to be cut in half to make it easier to manage and dip. Now, it is so small they couldn’t cut it in half or there wouldn’t be anything to hold.

The cherry turn overs used to fill the packaging and have filling spilling out of the pastry. Not anymore. Seriously smaller than expected, based on what they used to serve.

I regret not taking pictures before hand but we were too hungry.

This used to be my sons favorite go to place, but after our meal today he left hungry and so unsatisfied that he told me he doesn’t want to come back. And probably not to any Arby’s.

We also got a medium fry and a large fry, proving to ourselves that they get the same amount. Not worth the upgraded size.

The au jus was not as salty as it has been, seemed watered down but better than the over salty version.

The service was great and the atmosphere was fine, but it didn’t make up for the lack of food on our plate.

I placed my order and had to correct the guy 5 times before he got it correct. I pulled forward to pay, and they asked me to pull ahead when no one was behind me. When my order was brought out, it was wrong, because they shorted me one classic roast beef and I had to wait for them to bring one out. It took 4 minutes to drive home, and the food wasn’t even lukewarm. The bun was stale on the classic roast beef, and bottom bun had green mold in it. I paid $8.60 for cheese on 7 sandwiches, and the dollop of cheese was the size of a 50 cent piece. By far, this was the nastiest food I’ve gotten for a LONG time. What a waste of $71.85! I will never go back.

Pulled up to the drive through and the voice was AI but sounded real saying I’ll be right with you (or something like that) and I said okay.. didn’t hear back from a REAL worker for several minutes and MY GOD people I was waiting over 25 minutes for 2 items with only 1 yes you read that right ONE car ahead of me and apparently they only have ONE WORKER working the counter and drive through. Took several more minutes with them goofing off and someone peaked around the CORNER and walked off?

Paid $16 for an $11 beef and cheddar combo because I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The drink was a kid size (probably 14 oz) and I got home to realize there was no cheddar on my sandwich. $16 for that is ridiculous.
