I am genuinely baffled by how a business can claim to be professional yet choose to argue with a paying customer rather than simply address and correct an issue. As I previously explained—and will stand by in my review—my experience here was extremely disappointing.
When I raised a concern about a food shortage, not a single member of management or anyone from the kitchen came out to address the issue. Instead, your cashier—who clearly lacked knowledge about the menu and food selections—was left to handle the situation with little to no support. What made the situation even more unprofessional was hearing management openly comment in front of me that it was “odd” the cashier didn’t know what came with the food options despite working there for five years. Speaking negatively about your own staff in front of customers is not only inappropriate but also reflects very poorly on your leadership and professionalism.
Rather than resolving the issue, the response was defensive and dismissive. This interaction alone speaks volumes about how this establishment is managed.
Additionally, the interior of the restaurant appeared disorganized and poorly maintained. Based on what I observed, I would not be surprised if the health department had concerns about the overall condition and operations of this establishment.
Overall, this experience left a very negative impression. Between the lack of professionalism, poor management response, and the condition of the establishment, I would not recommend this business to others.

I visited from Florida after seeing this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Ultimate Seafood Platter, added 2 additional crab clusters and 2 additional sides of crawfish — all of which were combined into the same packaging — totaling $86.25. Unfortunately, I was shorted on food. When I politely brought it to their attention, the staff was extremely rude and never returned to the counter to properly address the issue. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing, especially as an out-of-state visitor simply expecting to receive what I paid for. The Establishment was dirty And Not Appealing To The Eye As Well As Piss Poor Parking. There’s nowhere to sit to eat your food, not to mention my food wasn’t even hot, it was warm when I checked it for accuracy. I believe

I’ve been coming to Mr 3s since it was in gastonia but I’ve only been to this location twice. They only do walk ins. So if you are trying to call in an order you’ll be wasting your time. Beside that the service and food has always been good. I love getting the cash only deals. They have the deals Wednesday thru Saturday. The deals are worth the money. They also have there homemade drinks. In my opinion the blue raspberry lemonade is the best.

they’ve been all over my instagram! i have been wanting to try them for months and i finally did . me and my friend spent under $40 for 2 $10 garlic shrimp combo and a crab cluster we mixed lemon pepper and garlic parm ( the flavor it was already ) . the lady who took out order was very nice ! it was a bit of a wait but i expected that given how small it was ! i had no complaints what so ever

Honestly this is the spot. Don’t let the appearance scare you away. Food is fresh and tasty, customer service is great. Cashier remembered my name which was awesome! Food doesn’t take too long to come out depending on the time you go. One of CLT hidden spots.

My first time and I must say I enjoyed! The seafood platter for $15 was a win. The food taste fresh and the sauce was very good. I will see them in the future on Fridays for sure. This is a local gem that we should support! Plus the food is really good!

Interior was clean and didn’t smell strong of seafood. Outside of building gives artsy vibes because of the spray paint art and I thought that was pretty cool. Everyone was kind and cool to me and gave me great service. I had the wing special with the crab fries and the amount of blue crab meat you get, I can say their special is way cheap. The shrimp special I would rate at a 8 out of 10 which is pretty high for me even though a couple of shrimp were mushy, but because of the flavor and just being those couple of shrimp, it was nothing to really be upset about especially at the price. Overall, I would still go back because it could’ve been a slight off day for them and I’m cool with that especially to try other dinners.
