This is the worse waffle house I’ve ever visited. I went with my family Halloween 2025 and ordered take out. We had to wait over 30 minutes before we was able to place our orders then while giving our order the lady stop us and say one moment and left us for another 15 to 20 mins. Now she’s back gets the orders we received our food and left I got home at my eggs and cheese which was actually good but my sausage and gravy wasn’t good at all. My biscuit was burnt and covered with the sausage and gravy. I called and returned the food all for them to say they can’t find my ticket. I’ll never go to waffle house again if you’re in the area I’ll definitely recommend going to The huddle house in Minden it’s much better.

This Waffle House is very easy to get to and semi truck parking is available very nearby.
This diner experience was a very pleasant one. ALL staff members were friendly, quick, efficient and clean.
I was extremely impressed by the timing on the meals ordered. I had received my waffle in a very reasonable amount of time and served hot. As soon as I put my fork down my eggs, toast, sausage and hashbrowns arrived, EXACTLY as ordered.
I had watched the staff repeatedly perform the same timing with other customers with a variety of platter options.
Customers continued to arrive, eat and leave. ALL the patrons I saw (in my opinion) seemed happy and satisfied. I can see why this Waffle House has a thriving business.

My online Order was not made correctly… I asked staff was it made as ordered… ” I got a yeah should be” response from two available staff.. cook not in building at moment… Took food, left, got home 20-24mins (after 9pm)other side of town ,got settled, ready to eat to find… “No Onions” on my cheesesteak melt hashrown double HB bowl.. I took a bite and I was so disappointed!!! Flavor just didn’t hit right ! Please read the tickets .. Don’t Assume it will be ok … You had time to do it right…. I was late picking it up…besides store was not busy when I got there only one customer! And I asked before leaving with food.. to be hit with ” return food policy!!

We were happy about our evening till our server couldn’t be bothered with us seemed like ….short brunette……has massive attitude……. And wasn’t attentive at all….. Worst waitress we have ever had at this establishment……plating looked like it was just thrown on the plate…… Thought waffle House had standards about who they hire? Guess the don’t and that’s a shame….. Food is normally good but today might make us not want to come back
