Not even the renovations can save the fact that this store can’t seem to staff it with competent employees. The wait time for a to go order for my son was over 15 minutes and there was no one in the store or drive thru. The staff stand around reaking of marijuana instead of doing their jobs correctly. I will never come to this Burger King again.

I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Tab. She was very friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct. You could tell she genuinely cares about the customers and creating a positive experience. Even though it was busy, she stayed patient and had a great attitude the whole time. This place is getting carried hard by the assistant manager. I feel bad since the place is understaffed but she is very calm and kind. The food is always fresh. This Burger King doesn’t let down and I hope the assistant manager gets a raise for the hurdles she’s going through for the business.

I understand fast food places are understaffed and veteran workers trying to teach them is a process, however the service here was pretty sad. Customers waiting at the counter, including myself, made it frustrating for all parties involved and this was at 12:05 lunch hour, hope they improve over time. By the way, the original chicken sandwich was pretty good, the fries could use some improvements but ketchup makes them edible. Just glad I don’t work fast food, I’d be frustrated too.

I recently picked up a takeout order from this restaurant and was immediately put off by the intense smell of fried food that filled the air. The overall cleanliness of the front area seemed to be a concern, which made me a bit hesitant about the food quality. Additionally, the staff came across as a little cold and not very welcoming. It’s a bit disappointing, as a more pleasant atmosphere and friendlier service would have made for a much better experience.

I ordered the #5 after waiting for 6 minutes just to order, when I went to the window the guy didn’t even know what I order so I had to order again after reorder my order it took the man 14 minutes to give me my food, I looked in the bag and I was missing half my order so I reverse told the guy that there’s something missing and he said he would redo the order, from when I told him about the missing items I say in my car for now 22 minutes.
I writing this review while waiting for my to food, Fin unbelievable.
This is a clear sign of management not caring about there customers or their location

The lady working in here tonight 10/20 around 7 pm is an absolute gem. I’m pregnant and just wanted some hot fresh fries she went above and beyond even asked if I wanted salt on my fries. Thank you SO much for satisfying my craving and helping my nausea. God bless you!

I swear the fast food restaurants in this area have the most lazy incompetent workers in all of central Fl. I get that I’m ordering fast food but my standards are pretty lax. For instance I just went to this Burger King location and order chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich. The chicken fingers were cold and stale like yesterdays microwaved garbage. The sandwich was literally not as advertised Considering I found all the toppings pretty much missing except the chicken and pickles
I swear all the fast food locations in this area is garbage in comparison to all the surrounding locations. I haven’t had burgers king in years and i most definitely won’t be going back for a few more years. Garbage!
