I got the New Bourban BarBCue whopper and I believe the top bun and the bottom bun shouldn’t touch each other. I had to open the burger up to see if anything was inside!

wait times at night is ridiculous! 15 20 minutes at best! time for owners to close or sell! tbis is my last time coming here. applebees has better pricing and better food amd they are 100 ft away

In the past when we have stopped at fast food restaurants, the employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to greet their customers, using foul language and the floors and tables are dirty. This Burger King was not like that. The employees were working as a team and the service was amazing. The food came out hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The management is doing a great job by taking pride in their employees and their restaurant. It was refreshing to see. I would highly recommend this Burger King!

We visited on a Friday evening, hoping for a quick bite, but we ended up waiting a whopping 25 minutes just to place our order! It was evident that this place was understaffed and disorganized. The cashier served multiple people at once, then disappeared for several minutes, repeating this pattern until it was finally our turn. However, once we placed our order, the food arrived surprisingly quickly, within just two minutes.

The place was not exactly clean either – toilets were gross with tissues scattered all over the floor. The tables in the restaurant still had leftover food on them, and what was most concerning was the dirty kitchen floor. It seemed that no one cared about the fries and other food remnants scattered on the floor!

Service and staff were okay, definitely not bothered by anything. This place definitely needs better management.

One thing that was actually and surprisingly good was the food! Whopper was exactly as expected!

This was about my 4th time going back in like 3 years I ordered thru the app which that was quite nearly a problem then as I placed the order the time kept on restarting the payment process now as I walked and made it to the burger king in Saratoga springs I go up online to the front to see if my food was ready it wasn’t they had to make it that was fine but the staff that came up to me was very rude dirty and had no politeness or customer service skills I said to him hello I placed my order online he looked at what my order was I had to wait last before the people that ordered in my order didn’t get called until after the 2 people in front of me got there’s my order wasn’t even ready when it should’ve been ahead of there’s I said hello no hello just a real screwed up look at me my drink was to sweet my Oreo Sunday was giving to me as a chocolate sundae I had to tell him it was an Oreo Sunday when he read the receipt of the order I placed online so stupid his hands were dirty he had dirt in his finger nails touching all over the sundae cup the sundae was not at all the size it use to be it was very small I was very disappointed with that I’m paying for a small shrunk Sunday when on the app it’s bigger very false advertising and horrible to just take away a decent size before they shrunk it so disatisfied.then my order came the fried were semi hot and cold the double whopper I ordered was so terrible the bacon I ordered for it wasn’t even on it then the lettuce was non at all only just 2 small pieces I couldn’t even taste it after I bit in 2 it twice the lettuce was gone when the whole double whopper was still there big then the tomatoes were not even enough at all then the bacon I paid for wasn’t even on it the cheese looked like there wasn’t even any cheese at all the sundae was already melted then I didn’t even get my bacon placed on the sandwich the strawberry lemonade was entirely to sweet it needed some water added to it for real I was nearly having a sugar over dose the counter service was terrible the floor was soaked and wet no garbage cans near by I had to walk through the whole entire burger king just looking for a garbage I was treated poorly and if I wasn’t supposed to be in the restaurant bothering them the counter staff that served me was very lacky looking so tardy and like his hands wasn’t clean at all they were out of napkins my other was missing bacon that they should’ve knew and seen that my order had bacon but I was given a double whopper with no lettuce on it really tomatoes to I couldn’t even see the cheese no good night nothing others were treated better than me I want my money back on this order these burger king workers need to get the order straight give me all that I ordered and be clean it was just looking so dirty he staff that served me just touching the sundae cup without gloves gloves are and should be worn touching a cup a Sunday machine I felt so nasty and should’ve just complained a hair net and gloves should’ve been worn and hands should’ve been covered so unsanitary service for real this was such a horrible visit get better staff that’s polite courteous and clean today experience bad

This is not fast food. Do not eat here if you only get a 30 minute lunch break. You will spend 20 in the drive through. Its not even busy there are 8 cars in the parking lot im guessing at least one is employee and cars keep leaving the drive through line. If I hadn’t ordered online ide have drove across the street for a bigmac which I will just do next time its crazy to be let down by a burger king. Its 2025 how can you perform so poorly?

Missing 1 of our items and drinks had to be switched due to a soda machine malfunction. Employee wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either. Not the best service.

Garlic King is the bomb. Rodeo Burgers are the best value around for a buck

Rodeo king close second. This place is fast and clean for Burger King standards. Don’t forget the value menu, they like to hide it.

A man working drive thru took some of our fries and ate them, and then put the rest in a bag with our order. Told a manager about it, but she was so rude. Not going back again. Anyone want a thief with spit fingers handling their food?
