Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant’s on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille’s wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 – 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Quite amazing. Super duper expensive but delicious! Service is top notch – incredibly informative and friendly. Beverage list is creative and filled with yummy selections. We celebrated our 12-year anniversary last night on 1/22/26, and this was our first time ever dining in at Capital Grille. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of extraordinary. The server, manager, and sales manager went above and beyond to make our evening feel truly special.
This celebration will forever hold a place in our hearts. Every thoughtful detail was filled with care and intention, reminding us how meaningful genuine hospitality can be. Our table was beautifully decorated with little hearts, and the handwritten note added such a personal touch. Our server captured our moment by taking our photo and framing it for us, surprised us with a dessert plate that read “Happy Anniversary,” and even sent us home with a gift we will cherish.
We are incredibly grateful for an evening that felt so full of love, warmth, and kindness. Thank you, Capital Grille, for creating a memory we will treasure for a lifetime. We cannot wait to return.

Excellent dinner celebrating our 35th anniversary. Booked a reservation through Open Table and found a card and confetti on the table when we arrived to help us celebrate. Great service, terrific wine list, nice ambience and outstanding meal. Truly appreciated the complimentary dessert and printed photograph they gave us. It’s pricey but definitely a great choice for special occasions and better experience than many other high end options.

As soon as we walked through the doors, we were warmly greeted by the host and restaurant manager, who immediately made us feel welcome.
Our waiter was incredibly attentive throughout the night, and every dish was absolutely delicious…cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. My husband and I came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and the staff made it extra special by decorating our table with confetti and even taking a picture of us during dinner, which they printed and gave to us on the spot…such a thoughtful touch!

Everything from the cocktails to salad to steak was delicious. I had a passion fruit mojito (so good). The roasted beet and goat cheese salad was outstanding. Hope I can replicate it at home. And the filet was delicious as was the bearnaise sauce that we ordered. We will be back. Give it a try – you won’t be disappointed!

My reservation was for 1:30pm as the day was totally booked, but this was a mid day lunch. We were seated right away and the hostesses were very friendly young adults. We were seated in a section with a very jovial, friendly, and aiming to please waiter name Gustavo. He was a great waiter everything we asked for he could explain or brought back quickly all of the food we chose was excellently cooked very tasty and filling the atmosphere was cozy, friendly, and easy to converse in. The menu has great options and the sides are big enough for two. It was a great experience all around and will be going back again.
