Tonight at Cupbop the server Juan was extremely nice and helpful. We came very close to closing time and he was able to keep the srore open for us. He even made our bowls fresh and took time to make sure each bowl had the same amount of tofu. He was very friendly and made our night!

Not a good location. Service was great though, very nice people. But the food was super disappointing and I won’t eat at this location again. Rice was dry and the flavors just weren’t right. Extremely sweet (I do order the sweet as my usual order, but no balance whatsoever. Didn’t even want to finish it and my toddler didn’t even like it which was sad since that’s what we always get; and we eat at cupbop fairly often.)

The food is so good here but this location is going down hill. We had to use the red while there and the sink was leaking it was so dirty and there was no soap. How can people eat without washing their hands.

What’s not to love? K-dawg? Good. Cups? Goooood. Sauce is delicious, service is fast, price is comparable to much lower quality food options but with superior flavor and service. Knocked a star off the armosphere because the music was a bit loud when I went in and it was difficult to hear (I know, I’m old) but the staff was always friendly when I asked them to repeat themselves.

When I ordered online, I requested that one cupbop be made with love and left the other one up to their discretion to see if there would be a difference. Upon consumption, I could tell that both cupbops were undeniably made with love!
