Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had issues with using the rewards program for the first time and they politely worked with me. Food was good. Waited a very short time on fries and they apologized for the wait, even though it wasn’t necessary. We will be back soon. Compliments to your staff.

First time at a Freddy’s, but probably not the last. Five different burgers in our party, each was delicious. The fries, onion rings, and tots were all hot and good. We enjoyed enjoyed the fry sauces. Because we were traveling and still had many hours left in the car, we didn’t try any Frozen Custard, but we definitely will in the future.

My fries were so immaculate and impeccably fresh and I was treated with such kindness and respect from said employee. It was so good I had to get a manager and ask for said employees name. His name is Collin Mahaffey, the best employee to grace this place. I asked the manager to give him a raise. I enjoyed them so much a white tear ran down my leg.

I’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting for a couple of custards meanwhile at least 10 people have come in ordered finished their food and left. Some even returning for seconds. What type of service is this? Lady at the counter also had a barely concealed nasty attitude. I’d hate to say it’s a race issue but I’m also the only black person that’s been in this store for as long as I’ve been here, which again has been more than an hour. At first it didn’t seem like there was anything wrong because it was packed but now even as it’s died down and there is only occasional orders I’m still waiting. Never coming here again, but that might be the intent behind the service.

Fast friendly service, the counter workers all have been phenomenal, very friendly and helpful! I had ordered their Fried Chicken Club and their Grilled Chicken Club sandwiches the last few times I’ve been here and I have to say they are the absolute BEST in this surrounding area! It’s been a pleasure dining in and enjoying the food and even their Custard Ice Cream Hot Fudge Sundaes at their covered outside dining area! If you haven’t tried the Chicken Club Sandwiches yet you are definitely missing out!

Hard to find, no lids for kid’s cup or reg size cups, fountain drinks tasted chemically off, and our booth had trash on the bench. Ordered a single plain burger, they put cheese on it (and charged us for it) and we don’t eat cheese. Chicken tenders and fries weren’t hot. I understand they were not crowded, but after driving 10 hours, we were hoping for a better stop.

Its was my first time at Freddy’s and it was great. The jalapeño cheeseburger was awesome and I also loved the jalapeño fry sauce. The food was fast, hot and fresh. I will definitely be back.
