I come here pretty regularly, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. On two separate visits (which happened actually in a row), my friends and I had our order messed up. Once to the point where we were charged for someone else’s much more expensive order (we did receive their food). Another time, our hot chocolate was extremely milky and poorly made.
Most recently, I ordered a cookie tote with friends. While I expected a fairly short wait, but still a wait, since the cookies need to be warmed/flash-baked, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes after being parked and eventually had to go inside to get our order ourselves. On top of that, the staff often comes across as rude and snappy.
Overall, this location really needs better management and more consistent service.

Because I work in the neighborhood, I frequent this McDonald’s often. The last 10 times that I’ve ordered food in the drive-through, the order has been wrong. At this point, I’m just pissed off because I don’t have time to go back and change my order. I’m paying for food that I’m not receiving, it’s happened so many times it’s laughable. I have a group text with my friends and we just laugh about how everyone’s order is always wrong. The staff is nice especially the morning. They’re fast and efficient, but make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive-through. This morning was another disappointment. I ordered the new hot and honey biscuit. It was kinda hot, but there was no honey so it was basically very dry. I didn’t even eat it. I’m not sure when I’m going back to this McDonald’s, it’s like living in Groundhog Day, the same thing every time over and over, wrong order!

Extremely rude staff, specifically Jose. We were missing a Happy Meal from our drive-through order and went back to let them know. The young lady who had just given us our food less than two minutes earlier took our receipt to review the discrepancy. Jose then came out of nowhere, immediately accused us of lying, spoke to my husband in Spanish even though we were clearly speaking English, and demanded our receipt. If he truly questioned whether the receipt HE WAS HOLDING was truly ours, he could have simply asked us to confirm the card used and matched the last four digits instead of making accusations. Another employee walked up and confirmed we were missing the burger Happy meal that was sitting on the side, yet Jose never apologized. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Sour attitude from the General Manager. Spoke down to me and rolled his eyes at me over a simple misunderstanding. I also heard how he spoke to other customers. He may know how to run a restaurant but he lacks the basics of customer service (a smile and friendly demeanor)

I am a regular customer here and I appreciated the excellent customer service which Keydi, the employee there, displayed to me today. I had a question on how much the large mocha frappe was since it didn’t display on the digital menu and she was very patient with me in trying to get an answer for me. She was very polite, kind, and gentle and focused on resolving the situation. Great customer service on Keydi’s part and I will return again.

Last two times we have visited, we ordered one item, a happy meal, and they managed to put the wrong number of nuggets (too few) forget the toy, and forget the sauce – both times. Would only use this one if I was desperate.

I have to share as a long time McLane resident since 1988 I don’t blame the employees hard-working people at the McDonald’s but they are not treated very well by corporations they change them a lot and as of results they don’t treat very well with respect the hard working delivery people like me doing Uber eats or grobhub one of the ladies she’s constantly very disrespectful to the drivers Plus McDonald’s has to become more healthy food to our kids since we have epidemic for diabetic too autism in the age between 5:00 and 11 it’s a GMO food low quality with all the preservatives and herbicide from Monsanto buyer it’s in the food which you buy for your kids plus high fluke the syrup which is very bad very dangerous to the humans and the items have never talk since specially in the young age you don’t develop your brain your immune system very well
