I mean it’s Jack in the Box, if you’ve been to one you already know how they get down. They did mess up my order a couple times yet nothing to fuss over. Only briefly went inside and it was clean enough and didn’t stink which is crucial for a restaurant. The wait wasn’t terrible and the food was aight for the most part.

I usually stop by around midnight or later depending when I get off work. The usual guy with the long black hair and goatee is soooo nice and I love when he is working. Very pleasant and we joke and laugh. There has been a new guy at night recently, probably the last month. He’s either bald or light colored hair. Tall. He’s very rude. Always has a bad attitude and interrupts constantly when trying to order. If he is working, from now on, I will not be getting food. I ordered a burger tonight and it was pretty pink when I bit into it so I had to disassemble it and cook it longer at home. Disappointed in my visit tonight.

The lady working the counter was extremely polite. I am not a fan of fast food and the last time I had Jack in the box the grease factor made me sick, but I decided to bite the bullet since it’s what my love wanted. I had a deluxe burger (whatever thats called) and jalapeño poppers. The burgers only condiment was mayonnaise (gross) and it had the tiniest peace of lettuce. (No crunch obviously) the bottom bun turned to mush pretty quickly. At least the meat was edible. I put the poppers on the sandwich which gave it a bit of jalapeño flavor. (Not much)
So by and large, still not a fan of Jack in the Box. My love enjoyed his sourdough Jack but was sick to his stomach later (he really shouldn’t eat that stuff.)

So lunch rush on a Thursday with your parking lot packed and your drive-thru wrapped and then I waited 25 minutes I waited another 5 minutes at the speaker box to place my order and then you told me that it was only because you had three people You need to stop better if you don’t have enough people to run a fast food restaurant.

I visited after a long drive home from work, I went through the drive up and was greeted by the friendliest person I think I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Angela was amazing and engaged in great small talk, she put a smile on my face and honestly made my evening after an especially long work day. My food came out fast and hot. Angela even made a point to inform me how long my jalapeño poppers were going to take! Great experience after not visiting in a few months, will be back again.

First time in 6 years that I’ve been to Jack’s. The service from all three of the employees I interacted with was beyond outstanding! In this town that’s not always the norm so it was extra nice. Wish I could say the same about the food. I’ve always loved the food but haven’t been in close enough proximity for a long time. I was sorely disappointed that I paid almost $15 for the croissant breakfast sandwich meal (w/ fries and coke) only to find that it’s *nothing* like it used to be (where’s the onion mayo, and the flavor, and fries that didn’t used to be crunchy and cooked in old oil?), and so very small now! Side note: It was only 6:15 AM, the day was barely starting, and yet the condition of the passcode-locked bathroom was absolutely atrocious – as if it hadn’t been serviced for days, and broken equipment too.

In his defense, I asked “two sandwiches right?” And his response was “that’s what I said” rolled his eyes shut the window then stares me down opens the window and in the tone we all know is aggressive says “you need something?!” I said “just making sure you’re okay” he laughs but really I’m stunned this dude is coming at me for no reason and is surprised I’m waiting for my food. Maybe it was a bad moment but he was acting pretty hostile like a guy looking for a fight. Pretty awkward

Atmosphere is not actually one i could rate because I went through the drive through. Food was amazing. Wayyy better than any fast food I have ever had including Wendy’s. My wife loved the chicken homestyle sandwich and I got the smash burger. Freaking amazing. Also the service was superb. Took their time explaining and made sure I had the right order before we left as well as read it back to me as they handed it out. Additionally made sure I had all the sauces I needed. Would love to go back.
