My order arrived completely incorrect and in very poor condition. I ordered a Big Mac and a 10-piece nugget meal, but instead received a plain chicken sandwich and the nuggets were missing. The fries were upside down in the bag and the bottom of the bag was soaked. This raised concerns for me about the handling of the food. Because of this, my daughter was unable to eat the meal I paid for and I had to cook something else for her. And because of the condition and missing items, the order could not be eaten.

A very friendly Mcdonald’s location that also serves full bags for fries. While in store, I saw an employee take pictures for a family dining there. A lady calling for orders to be picked up was friendly with positive energy. An older guy, maybe the manager?, was also very friendly. Everyone working there were engaging and professional. If Mcdonald’s locations near where I live were more like this one in terms of food and service, I would’ve been more inclined to go to Mcdonald’s

I had a good experience when I went last week. I went early because my children wanted a happy meal for lunch. The lady working at the front helped me out even though it was breakfast time and there was a couple minutes to lunch. Also, another female greeted us and it turned out. She was the owner of the restaurant that was very kind.

I dislike complaining about delivery orders, but I need to for this order. I called the restaurant and told whoever answered, to please make sure we get a large order of fries and not medium. And what happens? They sent a Large container but fries looked like a medium sized portion. My question is is there a shortage on French fries? Plain ridiculous! Not happy at all! Every time I stop here I hope the service is better than the last time. But nope. And again I’m asked to pull over and wait. Plus my order was wrong. No meat on my sac biscuit. Incorrect drink size. It’s as if management here is never there or does not care.

I don’t know what’s wrong with them. The fish fillet sandwich and three large fries took almost 15minutes and this is not the first time too many people inside using phone and customer waiting everyone on the reserve line that’s not fair. Owner should be checked out what’s going on see the camera. What your employee doing is your business? I’m not trying to teaching you how to run your business, butvery bad customer service from the shop not highly recommend this shop.

11/22/25 @ 9pm . A clown exists in the kitchen again. My wife and mother in law asked me to get them a fish filet n fries each. Both NO TARTER Sauce. I was here with my 17 yr old daughter. My daughter ordered the 2 meals and we took the meals home. Both fish filets were piled on with tarter sauce on top of the fish and under the fish on the role. Clearly done as a joke. Like oh you dont like tarter sauce? Take this!!!!!

Someone in there stole my card information. I did the drive through, they told me to move up to the next window and gave me my food and I had to ask where is my card at and that took them another 4 minutes just to give it to me. They take way too long when you order from the inside but when it’s extremely late at night it’s good. Not during the day though

Not a friendly environment. The kiosk no cash/credit system was out of order, meaning you couldn’t tap or insert a card. I had to order at the kiosk and pay at the counter. The two soda machines had broken ice makers. My hamburger looked like someone threw the ingredients in the air and then smashed the buns together. Come on, put more care into food prep! Tables were dirty. I was there a while and no employees walked around cleaning tables or checking the dining area. Service has really fallen off at this location. Will be going elsewhere.
