They stepped up their game with the Honey Chipotle Crispers. Pretty much the only thing I get when I visit. If you like alittle spice and some sweetness then this is the go to jam. You should also try the triple dipper with the Honey Chipotle dip and their ranch is delish to top it off. Go get you some.

TX travelers stopped in for dinner. Service was quick and meal was delicious. Extensive menu with drink & meal specials. Everything was on point. We ordered spicy ranch chicken sandwich with fries & meal deal salsa, chips, bacon ranch quesadillas yum.

Meh. Wasn’t bad, just wasn’t great. Usually when business is slow the customers get a bit more attention but service was not on point. The server only came to take the order, refill one drink, and get the check. Trust, the tip reflected the service. Food tasted great but was cooked a little longer than I would have liked. But I can deal with that. It wasnt too much over the requested cook temp. I might give it another shot, my kids enjoyed their food, but my wife said she won’t be returning.
And the military discount is terrible. Might as well not have it. Whats the point of $2 off one item when we order 7-8 between a whole family.

Good, competently crafted food! Comparable to the quality standards of Chili’s across the country. Highly accommodating seating arrangements for my group, too. And that waitress Haley is an absolute doll! Overall a delightful experience.

TERRIBLE service. Waited over 2 hours to get our food, received our drinks (which took 30 minutes for them to even ask for our drinks/interact with us in the first place) our server disappeared completely and we only got checked up on ONCE by another employee passing by our table, apologizing for the wait. The woman who took our order, was tending the bar and we were seemingly forgotten. Never even got our appetizers. Asked for a check to only pay for the drinks, just to wait around some more. Got told our ticket was lost by the kitchen. A much bigger problem is at hand here. Please properly train your employees, and HIRE MORE HELP. Manager gave some of the food that was made for free, which I appreciate but I’m more upset about the fact we were unchecked for about an hour and a half with nobody once wondering why on earth we were all sitting at the table with empty drinks and no food.

Update Mid February 2025 my ohana (except our 18 yr old) all was thinking of dinner at Chili’s. The big mouth bites on the triple dipper appetizer and the choose 3 keep us coming back. This visit our waitress was Kat and she had such an inviting, fun spirit. She provided amazing customer service not missing a beat. Everything from my margarita to the choose 3 w/ the Cajun shrimp pasta added the mini molten lava cake for additional $3.99, which was incredibly worth it.

Food was good. Haven’t been to a chilis in a while so it wasn’t a bad choice for a lazy night out for dinner. Chips are so thin you can’t scoop with them. We would come back about to try something else on the menu. Service was good too.

I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars. I was seated and then had to wait 30+ minutes to even get asked what I wanted to drink ( I should’ve taken this as a sign and left right then and there) and then proceeded to have to wait over a hour and a half before me and my party got fed up since we were watching everyone around us at the bar (who we have been a hour + before) get multiple drinks and their food. 2 hours after being seated we asked to speak to a manager to just pay for our drinks and leave and had to wait another 35 minutes before a manager came up to us and told us they “lost our ticket”. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst first impression of chilis I think anyone could have. I will never step foot in a chilis establishment again for as long as I live. I wish there was a 0 star option for this place.

Update: ordered Doordash and one of the items was missing. Called and Missy was great. She got us our food although I had to pick it up, but we also received gift cards. The bad thing was the presentation between the doordash fries and the same ones we picked up in person. Reference the photo. I’m sure y’all can tell the top one was doordash……
The food itself was good but I feel like we should not be treated as less than on Presentation just because we order like delivery or to go we should still get the same as if it was on a plate but this is how the delivery came tonight for my husband’s steak with added mushrooms and steamed broccoli.
