The meal was okay but the cook must not have been feeling up to it because the Cajun fish and shrimp was not seasoned what so ever. The burger and chicken stripe my son had were pretty good. Not worth the amount spent especially the fish meal.

I ordered the Shrimp Scampi which they use penne pasta (undercooked), the shrimp were not fresh and over cooked and little to no Scampi sauce at all.
The side order of Zucchini was not seasoned and portion for the price was ridiculous.
Overall it was bland and disappointing. I had to throw it out.

The restaurant is dirty. They just opened as we arrived at 1100. We were the very first customers and the tables were dirty. The floor was dirty. The booth we sat in had a metal spring that almost went through my leg. This is an accident waiting to happen. The food was OK. The waitress was great. The bathroom was filthy. We like to give people a chance and if the waitress had not been so nice we woukd have left before ordering. This location in Vidalia needs a good updating as I noted when leaving that alot of booths were ripped and it definitely needs a good cleaning. Do better. We will not be back, most likely.

All I can say is ask for Heather. She makes you feel like she serving you like a King/Queen. Attention to detail amazing and serve amazing!! She a keeper team. Food was fresh and hot.

It was very delicious, but the waiter was rude, rushing and waited forever to bring the ticket, took me drink before I finished. My friend fries were very salty!! One bite a headache! My pasta was very good but my bread stick was greasy and not so cheesy as last time! And also my friends peach lemonade was not peachy!

Heather was our waitress. I cannot express how fantastic this girl was. This was probably one the best waitresses I’ve ever had. Her customer service skills and overall demeanor toward our needs as customers were unfathomable. Best experience at Ruby’s.

The food is horrible…. My hamburger and fries obviously came with an entire box of salt. It was so salty I couldn’t even chew it. My grandson’s New Orleans seafood was disgusting. The fish was spoiled that they used, only 3 tiny shrimp and a teaspoon of sauce.. if I could leave a negative on the star rating it would certainly be a negative star. I asked for the manager and he was actually slurring his words. I asked his name so I could tell someone in a higher position who I spoke with. He told me his name was “tree” Is that where our society is now? We have a restaurant that is managed by someone named “tree” that obviously doesn’t care about the food service industry at all. DO BETTER VIDALIA’S RUBY TUESDAYS…. Everyone eat there at your own risk. Also there was a roach in my food. See picture below.. rant over

Corbin was our server for the night, and he was very helpful. He was very cool, and respectful, and checked on us regularly. We had the new waffle burgers and the fish and chips. He also recommended getting a dessert and it was really good! He is a great server and i think many people would like him!
