Last night they didn’t give me any sauce with my salad I couldn’t eat a dry salad I had to toss it. Today they gave me a spoiled salad. Never had such horrible experiences with chick fil a before won’t be eating this for awhile

Stopped by Chick-fil-A for lunch today and was impressed as always. The line was long, but they moved it fast — those drive-thru folks are pros. The chicken sandwich was crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and I love how the staff always greet you like they actually mean it. The lemonade tasted extra fresh too. Fun fact: they hand-stretch their dough for biscuits daily. I’d give my visit a 10/10 for kindness and flavor.

This USED to be one of the best Chick-fil-As. I don’t know WHAT happened but the level of service is going in the toilet!!! The last THREE TIMES our order has been wrong! They folks working the drive thru are going so fast and rushing us that they aren’t paying attention to what we’re ordering. Either that or the folks inside aren’t paying attention. Either way, the level of service is going down hill. They have one more mess up and I’ll stop going there altogether because it’s getting ridiculous!

Well,
Nothing has changed! I have added a picture of my chicken minis.. they don’t look appetizing. This is exactly how it looked when I opened the box! Since I brought it home, I’m out of luck! And the hash browns were barely done.. border line mushy.. I’m really bummed that Chick Gil A no longer offers the product that they used to!
We consistently order teas with lemonade.. one DIET… one regular lemonade… consistently we have to have them go back in to remake the drinks. I can’t have regular sugar.. since we both have unsweetened tea, is it too much to ask to mark the DIET LEMONADE ONE!!! Uggggghhhhh then this time no straws! Like 14 min to have him come out the first time… it wasn’t busy!! So why? That is all we ordered.. 2 drinks and they were wrong.. please do better.. it’s not that hard….

Food was good, staff was nice and friendly. Coffee was awful though. Two of us got two different types of iced cold coffee, both tasted like burnt cardboard. Won’t be trying chick Fila coffee again, I’ll stick to food only.

Do you like undercooked chicken? They never finish cooking the chicken!! Why is it so pale?
Also, the drive thru window, don’t look inside. This location should be visited by the health department the walls and ceilings are filthy in this area.

I went to the drive through and ordered two meals , the Hispanic lady didn’t want to preform a split transaction knowing there more than capable of . she was huffing and puffing and walked away then called Beaumont, he then takes the food and throws it away . I then come inside and re order ,
then addressed what happened and he began to not acknowledge what just happened & proceeded to do a split payment that went through like I knew it would for the meal!!!

Today I went to Chick fila to get a salad for my husband’s Birthday. The salad looked great. I ordered a 12 count nugget for myself. The nuggets were cold and looked as though they were from lunch time. I am truly disappointed in Chick fila. They are usually on point.
