Very good Vietnamese food in casual mall type location. Basic menu with chicken, pork belly, tofu or beef with pho soup, vermicelli, or rice. The menu is the QR scan kind. We ordered and the food came out super fast. We enjoyed the rocket shrimp appetizer 4pcs. #25 spicy beef noodle soup was good. Plenty of beef slices and meatballs. It was medium spicy. #45 sauteed beef rice was also good but we wish there was an option for double meat. In hindsight, they probably would have given more beef for a fee if we had asked but we did not think to because it wasn’t listed on the menu. The vermicelli or rice dishes are served with fresh lettuce, pickled daikon-carrot, and the classic Nuoc Cham dipping sauce (made from fish sauce). #50 chicken shrimp vermicelli was tasty. Only the vermicelli dish was served with fresh cilantro – that and the sauce really made the dish. The milk tea boba had very fresh boba but was a little less sweet than Gongcha (which we prefer) but very good. This is the best we’ve had FOR THIS AREA so that is why we gave them 5 stars. Overall a solid choice and we would return.

10000 out of 10.
I had the brisket and shank pho and it was the best pho I have had. Broth had an amazing flavor that I didn’t need to add anything to it.
Chicken eggs rolls were so good I’d probably eat 3 orders as a meal.
Service was super fast and wonderful.

Ordered spicy beef soup, pretty good flavor, super tender beef, but not too much noodle, you might need an appetizer, fried shrimp appetizer was fine, not really into it.

I come here quite often for my lunch break 🙂 There is always a kind man who greets me when I enter! Dark hair, glasses and really sweet women at the register! The chefs are great because I absolutely love the quality of the food, the quantity, and the taste. The price is fair for what you get! It’s always fast and served hot. The atmosphere is friendly yet calming. Not too loud so it’s perfect for conversations. The only downside is that I don’t particularly like the boba pearls at this location but the drinks without the peals are great! My favorite is the Thai Tea. ❤️

Was super excited to try this place but unfortunately, it was mediocre at best. Ordered special spicy beef pho and garlic Parmesan wings. Wings came out 10 minutes after pho, so even though it’s advertised as a small plate (or app), it came out after the main meal which a bit of a disappointing surprise. Overall wings were okay – somewhat plain taste until you hit thick pockets of Parmesan cheese (which were spared), then they had some flavor. Otherwise, quite disappointing. Pho was okay – broth was somewhat flavorful (although for being “spicy” it benefited from extra hot sauce). Noodles were fresh but bland, the meat felt tough and their basil felt extremely soapy (I love basil, and this was the first time I had to question if the food had doses of Dawn dishsoap in it). Did not finish either dish and I’m never one to leave the plate full. Overall, not worth the hype in my experience and won’t be coming back.

If you want Pho, this is fine. Not great, not bad. If you have an issue with rich flavors, or oily broth, this is the correct place for you. If you want rich flavors, and don’t mind a deeper, more full bodies flavor, skip this place in favor of somewhere else. Overall this is completely average. Get the bone marrow added if you want any depth

This was our first time at Gao Noodle. Robin (Male) was our server and very nice and attentive. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. It tasted all natural and healthy. The prices were reasonable for good quality food. We will be frequenting this place often and would recommend it to anyone. I hope they don’t change a thing.

1.Service is bomb.

2.Food is served fresh & quickly, and yes… it’s absolutely delicious. Not weighed down in fish sauce & oil. It’s balanced & so good.

3. It’s always so chill. Not loud, just calm. Love the vibe of the colors.

4. Prices? They’re reasonably affordable. Just go.
