If I am paying 16 dollars for food the French toast sticks shouldn’t be dry and old and the breakfast sandwich is cold and thrown together. This is awful. The World is in crisis money is hard at least put effort into the food

Service this time was good on time. Reason for a low review. I ordered jack spicy chicken with my points. And for my meal quick no hassle. I eat on the go so I don’t check my sandwich right away. Normally this place is good on quality. As I open it and take my first bite. While already on the freeway 91 E. I bite into a hard refried spicy chicken sandwich. Terrible. I am not going to turn around and get another one. Plus I don’t have the time to waste. Management, please don’t serve patties to people I’m drive thru like this. It’s bad enough that we don’t have time to lose and worse that we get an item that is way below on the quality standards. This is ridiculous. Those patties should be thrown away!

I ordered a Swiss Buttery Jack and I was Given a burger with no bacon and a spicy chicken sandwich that had a paper thin patty and all it tasted like was crunchy oil I kid you not when i say it was 1 inch thick. Also I ordered 3 burgers and I asked for 3 ranches and the lady says “Im being generous giving you 2, an extra is 25 cents” Like are we serious

These are the laziest people ever for example the manager older Spanish man my tacos was disqusting soft it tore n it was big pieces of lettuce awful.. both burgers disgusting as well .. n not fixing the issue I was going to press the issues but cars were behind me the whole order

First timer at Jack in the box! Really! Double burger was well-dressed, moist and flavorful. Fries were crispy and plenty with combo. The drink machine was down but cashier refilled my cup upon request. I quite enjoyed my lunch. It was a quick thought passing through city and location caught my eye. Very busy with commercial trucks parked so it must be good. Business workers were right! Good sign!

I ordered a Jumbo Platter and 2 side salads. One of the salads had molded there, and the stem once was connected. I’m used to seeing stickers on salad lids that indicate how old the salad is. These side salads had no stickers

Best fast food iced coffee you can get. Not watery, not too much ice, and a perfect coffee flavor that’s not overpowered by vanilla/sugar, but still sweet. It’s a perfect mix. Better than McDonalds, Dunkin’, Burger King and Taco Bell. Thank you, Jack In the Box.

Dining room supposed to open at 6AM as the hours are posted on the doors. It’s 7AM and doors are locked. Employees are staring at me standing at the door and didn’t bother opening doors. They kept cleaning up. 2nd time I have to wait to get in. Last time my breakfast sandwich was disgusting anyway. Not coming back to this location. Unfortunately I can’t use the drive thru like the rest. My truck is 11ft tall 22 ft long.
