The Frech Dip was not for me. Not a fan. But was fresh. Au just was good, but not enough for 1 sandwich. There other subs are incredible! If u like French dip I would recommend it. 3 of the 4 associates were great. 1 greeted us as we walked in, young guy at the register was very cust svc. Female not very cust svc orientated, other guy was ok & friendly. Some of the employees need training on friendliness, smiling & customer service.

Made an order for pickup on the app at 11:47am. Said it would be ready at 12:05pm. I arrive at 12pm so I can grab and go when its ready. Sat and waited until 12:25pm as I watched countless people make counter orders and get their sandwiches made before mine. By the time I finally got my sandwich and drove back to my place the sub was Luke warm at best. Chances are I wont be back to this location.

The young blonde and brunette girls laughed at me and made rude comments about me while i was in the store; over a misunderstanding on where to place my order. However, the boy working the cashier was very kind and helpful, definitely made the atmosphere better! but over all VERY unprofessional, will not be returning.

Food and cashier earned this 3 stars. Food was an average sub toasted and cashier was very pleasant. But! This place is way over priced for what you get. First I paid $9 and change for a medium sub. Made it a combo so that was an extra 2.99 charge(basically paying full price for the sandwich and a drink I was allowed mac&chs, brownie or chips also. Told the Mac&chs would be an upcharge, I figured sure another .50 maybe .75 nope! 3.99 added on now too. Times that by two my bf and I got the same thing…our total was $36!! For 2 subs 2 drinks 2 mac&chs sides…SMH well it was good for a once ever visit. My first time will sadly be my last time. Thanks anyway Firehouse!

This is disgusting. $8.99 for a medium sandwich, and $13.99 for my son’s large sandwich. Where is the meat? They have the nerve to have a tip jar out too! Skimpy sandwich and an unappealing presentation. With drinks or lunch was over $30, and this is what I got. Disgusting. I’ll never go there again. Save your money. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Have had nothing but bad experiences at the firehouse in New Port Richey ordered a large sub, but they only put meat in the middle leaving both ends with no meat or cheese and they always have attitudes there. Go to the one around Largo mall much better!
