service was prompt & our drinks arrived quickly. the blooming onion was a bit oily, which is expected. i ordered the kingsland steak & shrimp & requested the steak medium rare, but it was served well done. the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, with very few guests at 20:30.

I visited Outback Steakhouse for the first time and ordered one of their seasonal Holiday drinks, their new trio platter for an appetizer, and their filet mignon as the main dish. I didn’t truly enjoy anything I ordered except for the blooming onion pieces which were part of the appetizer trio. The drink tasted weird, just looked cute, and the steak was way too overwhelmingly salty. I would not recommend going to lower tier steak restaurants for this reason. Thanks

First, to be clear, service was great. The bartenders were attentive, polite, and did everything right. 5 stars to them. The food sucked. I know I’m eating at outback and don’t expect prime beef but my steak was a piece of whale blubber. I ordered it med rare and you can see how translucent and fatty it was. The veggies and potato were a mush mess. I don’t expect much but when I’m this let down, I’m sorry but I have to leave a review. A picture of my left over steak is below. Now to be fair, I did not complain and I did not return the steak. I got what I ordered and that was that. Had I complained, no doubt my bartenders would have returned with a new plate. I paid in full and tipped well. Just an honest review.

I called my Bartender Brad. I can’t remember his real name lol. He was amazing. He had no idea I had a rough day but he was great and fun. His partner was helpful as well. This location is not close by but I’d definitely come back when in town.

We had an incredible experience at Outback from start to finish. The ambiance was a refreshing surprise, with a new, hip vibe that made the whole evening feel elevated. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way. Nick, our server, was hands down the best. He was attentive, friendly, and made the night even better. We will definitely be back again very soon.

Food was good. Service needs work. It was not busy when we were there yet our server did not keep an eye on our table. I watched him spend the majority of his time chatting with someone in back never looking our way. If he had looked our way he would have seen me waiving like hailing a cab to get his attention as every glass at our table was empty and had been for a while. It took a coworker to get his attention. We got our drink refills just as we finished dinner. Do better. I left 3 stars because the food was good.

I get my steaks cooked Med Well. You would think thats a normal thing and an easy accomplishment. But it’s definitely not. But here, it’s always cooked perfectly. We go to this location once a week and always have great food. I had one steak that wasnt cooked good and the Manager Christina M made it right immediately. She even gave me her business card and sais if we ever had any issues to call her. No restaurant Manager ever does that. But she strives for excellence and it shows. Definitely 5 stars!
