I just went through the drive through and ordered the new limited time Italian Roast Beef dip. When I got back to work and opened it up, tere was no Swiss cheese, which is part of the sandwich. Very disappointing as I did not have time to go back and get it replaced.

The heck is this!. False advertisement all of our food was cold except the mozzarella sticks. Between a screaming and crying 4 mo and 15 in the car, I’m not sitting there to check all our food while my babies cry so hard they are hyperventilating.. 15 minutes drive home all food was cold. Not even warm from cooling down. you need to do better. I haven’t been to Arby’s in along time and this just shows why I shouldn’t go back. This is very disappointing…
Adding that read reviews after posting this. It seems this has been an ongoing issue for Kenny months now but nothing is being done about it. Guess it’s time to contact the hire up for this location…..

This place is so slow. I get dinner rush but really? I made a mobile order at 5:40, said it should be done by 5:46. I showed up at 5:48. Didn’t get to the drive through window til 6:12! Then they apparently couldn’t find my order… So it was another 10 minutes. Almost a 40 minute ordeal, with fast food, and drive through… Or and they didn’t even greet me at the speaker box I had to say hello and my order was wrong.

I haven’t liked Arby’s in recent years but my wife does. This location looked new and was very nice inside. The staff were fine. The classic roast beef I had was eaten out of necessity rather than enjoyment. It said it came with cheddar cheese but instead of a slice, it was basically that terrible goop that comes on natchos at some outdoor events. It tasted awful. I then noticed a little sweet flavor and saw that the underside of the bun had been slathered in some sort of gross dark sauce. How can they serve this food without any sign of something that was once alive like lettuce, tomato, and onion. And the meat, which I got doubled, had no sign of a meat-like texture. But the thin sliced meat did have Bubbles! Hey, who doesn’t like bubbles? I guess that’s what happens when you put animal flesh in a big blender, pour it into molds, cook it, and then slice thinly. A whopper, which I do like, is vastly superior. My Son had the Gyro which he said was pretty good although a little bland. The crinkle fries were pretty good and the curly fries were typical but on the better end of the scale.

I got a French dip and got home to eat it and ate a couple bits and a whole church of hair was in my sandwich. And I’m not one to complain but I called the store and the manager said eww well that’s gross and laughed. And said all he could do was replace the sandwich like I wanted to eat there again.

found hidden chunks of roast beef in all of our roast beef sandwich’s when it’s supposed to be sliced, i mean is this the new thing now? it’s disgusting and the other food we got was definitely not worth the price.
