So I dragged the family in on the basis that having had the Quesedillas previously on a trip to London, we HAD to go eat in there.
After a queue to use the machines (apparently humans can’t order from humans anymore?) discovered Quesedillas and kids options were sold out. I get it’s a busy restaurant in a busy outlet at a. Usy time of year, but when when it’s one of your most popular options, it seems u forgiveable to run out. What’s the point?
Pade £23 for x 2 tasteless burritos. I mean how do they come out tasting of nothing? Barbacoa beef and a veggie chilli one should be a mouthwatering experience. Instead it’s a bland soulless refuelling exercise.
Staff were very busy yet professional and the place looked reasonably clean. Find it hard to believe a big chain ran out of one of its core staples though. First rule of business, if you run out, you haven’t made enough.

Came in for the first time ever today and got a little lost on the order machines but spoke to three girls at the counter -Emily served us at the till and they talked us through our order and it was absolutely delicious. All with a smile and explained what each food was and the spice levels!
Caine was brilliant as after service asked how everything was and was cleaning up and tidying with a smile!

Nice clean and organized food joint. Quick and easy to order through the kiosk. Food was fresh and done quickly. Had different options available from burrito to tacos. You can add other condiments and toppings. All I can say though is that the servings could have been bigger. They have outside seats also which is nice on a good weather.

Visited in May 2024 and had a vegan rice bowl. It is one of those restaurants where you go to the counter and stipulate what ingredients you want in your bowl or burrito. You can eat in or take away, your choice. The rice bowl was nice, they had the usual variety of vegan options, but didn’t have cheeze or other ‘extras’ that other outlets like this have. The staff were friendly enough, especially at it was nearing closing time. Also a possible reason why it was lacking atmosphere. It was a nice enough experience and the food was tasty …. maybe if I went back in the middle of the day it would be a better experience overall?

Lovely food. They did forget the added guac & jalepenos but it was quickly rectified.
A lady called Kitty approached me to leave a review. Lovely girl and asked us a few times if our food was ok. She seemed to be very welcoming to incoming guests and constantly cleaning tables.

Me and my mum enjoyed a lovely lunch here on Black Friday. Despite the restaurant being super busy, Jade took the time to ensure we were enjoying our meals and swiftly cleaned our table for us after we had finished. Very friendly staff who are happy to help ☺️

We visited Tortilla at Cheshire Oaks, and it was amazing. Our little boy is both autistic and has a dairy and nut allergy. Meg who greeted us on arrival, spoke to our son and helped him choose what to order. Our son has never eaten here before, but he was able to try things he wasn’t sure about, and choose exactly what he wanted on his burrito!
Meg is an absolute credit to the store, and we will definitely be back!
