Absolutely a great Family owned and operated business. Fresh ingredients. Large portions and a taste that is classic. They make everything fresh daily some as you wait but they do have a deli style counter to pick n choose what you want and then the put in back in their ovens and grills. Everything is great. Some say the Cheese steak sandwich or pizza is the best. Im partial to the Chicken bacon Ranch and classic Pepperoni with side of house dressing to dip the crust in. But if you like salads that have plenty to pick and the Strawberries and Cream

The bread sticks are yummy looking but missing saltiness and needs garlic butter or melted butter as they are a little on the dense dry side but over all a good bread stick. Way too many options to list here. It is the Largest slices of pizza around. Great big Calzones and Strombolis too and their stuffed pizza 1 slice is a meal by itself. This is a long time favorite here now and definitely competes with the hometown favorite pizza place. This joint has way more variety and personality.

There’s something here for everyone. I wish I lived closer to be able to come back more often.
I mean.. just look at how FRESH those strawberries are! This place always stocks fresh, high quality ingredients. You can taste how rich the ingredients are with every bite.
Their menu offering is huge. They’re known for their pepperoni sticks or steak sandwiches – if it’s your first time here, you gotta try those. But I wouldn’t stop there. Their pasta was INCREDIBLE. The sauce was delicious, this was the one dish I keep dreaming about. And don’t get me started on the strawberries and cream…..
Lastly, their service is impeccable. I was kindly welcomed upon walking in the door and their staff is always asking how I’m doing. Feels like family!

Rubi’s is a fantastic restaurant that offers an array of fresh, high-quality dishes infused with Italian flair. The extensive menu ensures there’s something for everyone! I particularly enjoyed the delicious pizzas, and I couldn’t get enough of the lasagna—it was exquisite! I also savored half of the Cheesesteak Special. To top it off, the chocolate cheesecake was a delightful indulgence that left me feeling uplifted. I can’t wait to return! And be sure to show appreciation to their wonderful waitstaff with a generous tip!

The food is good don’t get wrong. But each time I go there I feel it keeps getting worse. The customer service is so lacking. Not so much the waitress they try and treated like crap may I add. (Poor Barbara ) but the ones behind the counter And the cleanliness is a big fat zero cob webs hanging from the ceiling and ducts just so black. I try not to thing this is what their kitchen looks like. But seriously my assumptions are probably accurate. There are other pizza places in Parkersburg. I most likely will start searching and finding one that cares about the little unseen things that do matter to a customer yet overlooking by the people here.

First, let me say that the food is fantastic! Here is the down side. Some of the employees really need a lesson in customer service. There is a lot of yelling at one another and it makes guests very uncomfortable. I once visited, and an employee screamed, “excuse me?” toward the dining area from behind the counter. The whole place went silent and we were all totally freaked out, and looking around at each other. I know it’s family owned and operated but some of the actions of the employees is a bit too unprofessional.

Everything we ordered was really good. They have so many menu items it was hard to pick. I ended up ordering a Greek Salad with House dressing and garlic bread stick. It was amazing I can’t recommend it highly enough. My husband and son ordered fries and burgers which they said were also good. They were large enough they got full before they could finish. The staff was so friendly and fun. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. We will be back! Can’t wait to try some more items on the menu everything looked so good!

Loved this place! Came in from out of town with my sister and was greeted before we came in by one of the workers named Bailey. She was very upbeat and friendly and the shocking part was it was later at night. I’ve worked in the food business for years and I know how later in the night can be. You can tell Bailey loved her job and what she did! Now I will say this. The pizza was great, lots of styles to choose from however the strawberries and cream are to die for. Either coming in or passing through I will always come to this place and Bailey made the experience worth while with an amazing attitude she totally added to the experience. What a great ambassador!
