Our favorite quick service place to go! We always eat inside. Their burgers are smashed style and delicious. The fries are shoe string. Fries are best out of anyplace. The custard is such a treat! I get a Pepsi float with chocolate ice cream every time. They’ll hold your dessert til you’re finished eating. Everything made in sight of consumer. Clean establishment.

The burger and fries were good and hot. Service was quick and the server was very friendly and helpful. The manager was very helpful as well and even gave me the Frozen custard pint I was waiting in line to buy on the house. I will definitely go back.

Update:
I called the next day and spoke with a very pleasant young lady whom I assumed was the shift leader on duty. I was very impressed with how she handled the call, taking full responsibility professionally. I know we older folk want to point out a lot of the inadequacies of the younger generation, but this young lady (I don’t know how to spell her name ) was amazing. If she’s not a supervisor, she should be soon. I went in and with great attention, they fixed my order and it was satisfactory. The next day the store manager, Crystal (I think) called and stated that the mishap was a training experience for everyone. THAT is always the purpose of reviews: to learn and grow from experiences and also give kudos where they are due.
Thank you to the Freddy’s Team for simply acknowledging and valuing my opinion and rectifying the situation. I appreciate you and will spread the word about how you value your customers!!
Side note: In my opinion, Freddy’s still has the 2nd best fries in the game. And no, the golden upside down W is NOT the first

I went here in the snow storm because I was hungry and just wanted to get home. I ordered a chicken club sandwich combo and a turtle sundae. I waited for my order. When called, I grabbed it and left. When I got home, it was a smash burger wrapped in lettuce. I was completely disappointed! I wanted ALL of my carbs I paid for! I grabbedy receipt and called only to be sent to voicemail. I left a message but have yet to receive a call back. The burger made me so sick, my daughter thought I had food poisoning. I called again, and am still waiting. I will call back to see if I can get a response. One thing I will say is that I liked the shoestring fries. I will update my review once I speak to someone.

This chain is always good.. This location is usually great but recently it’s lacked alot on the interior.. No ketchup, lids or straws.. Sweet tea is usually amazing but today was extremely sweet where it physically hurt ur teeth.

We use to go here a lot but not as much since we moved. The service is always nice and friendly. They keep it clean for the most part. The steak burger is tasty but doesn’t satisfy my “burger crave” need. The hotdogs are good. I recommend the Chicago dog. My kids like the cheese curds. The kids love it here. They love the frozen custard treats/desserts. I don’t like that they don’t have their special sauce available for the Custer to self serve anymore. Now they give you a tiny pack after you which is annoying to me.

Davina greeted us with a smile. Helped with out decision on ordering by having such a positive outlook. She also made sure that I got the best choice for my Birthday sundae by having me double-check the reward details. And highly recommended the strawberry dream cake. It was delicious.
She even wished me a happy birthday twice.
It is nice to visit a restaurant where the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

We thought the portions were huge. Great but sloppy steak sandwich with shoestring fries. Wife got grilled cheeseburger with tater tots. Food was reasonably priced, fresh and hot. Pretty good for a fast food place.

This is very disappointing Freddy’s! Your restaurant has always been a go-to for a clean restaurant that serves great hamburgers. Unfortunately I could not get the disgusting condition of the restaurant out of my mind to enjoy my food. The floors and tables were gross. My shoe would stick to the floor every where I put my feet. You can tell it has been like this for a while because you can see shoe tracks across the tiles. The tables had a layer of what looked liked grease on them. While giving our order I saw a large dust ball falling from the TV menus hanging above. I then noticed they are covered in dust and the power strips and cords from the TVs were falling out from behind them. If the front of the restaurant is in this much disarray, I can only conclude the rear is far worse. You need to clean ASAP and the health department needs to give a visit.
