I have been coming to this establishment for over 20 years. This time I was surprised by our overall experience. We arrived after 6:00 pm and restaurant was not overcrowded.
There seemed to be only one waitress and she was busy with others, so we seated ourselves. She was attentive but her demeanor was not overly friendly. Probably because she was doing all the work herself. Our order was correct and arrived within 15 minutes or so of ordering. However, tenderloin arrived barely warm. Fish was extra crispy and slightly dry. Turkey avocado bacon sandwich was great. Our Canadian bacon pizza took a little longer to come out but was great. The restaurant appeared clean. Overall had a great dining experience with a few complaints of some of our food not being as good. We did not make a big deal out of it because the waitress had enough to do.

I rented the private room for a birthday. The staff did not seem very professional or welcoming to our party, the food wasn’t bad but a little underwhelming. One waitress copped an attitude with one of our guests because she was confused about her order. The pricing seemed fair for what we got, overall was not an experience that I left with a good feeling about.

Found some way better food (at least mine). I had a philly cheeswsteak (it was actually a french dip) cause philly doesn’t come with au jus or use the thin sliced beef. However. They put it in a wrap instead of a bun & it was great. Broccoli, great, too. My partner didn’t much like his sandwich or the fries. Patty melt should have been medium but was well. Seasoned fries just had little piles of seadoning on them (not shaken or mixed at all). Mine was overall fabulous. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Great friendly personable nartendee/waitress & staff. Great prices, too. Definitely would go back & recommend. Didn’t want to complain due to holiday & just had not been here before. Will give it another try.

I was dining alone, and the service was slow. My food order (a chicken wrap and some fries) took forever to get made because “a bunch of parties on the patio came in” and my food order was apparently deemed less of a priority. What I get for attending during peak dining hours I guess. I had to flag down someone that was not my server to ask what was taking so long. I was there more than 2 hours overall. The only redeeming factor was that the food and drink was tasty, and I got a free piece of cheesecake to go and the manager comped my black cherry mojito.

Pretty nice place. Very friendly staff that know the beers on tap. Food was pretty good, I had the “El Gordo” burger with fries because they couldn’t do pizza or flat bread. Burger was just a little overcooked, but not terrible. The fries were just okay, no flavor or salt. I’d for sure go back and try some other menu options.

Staff was very polite, and the food was more than enough. Waitress was happy to tell me the best choice out of my 3 choices. Very clean and amazing atmosphere. Ask about information on securing the stage for live entertainment and was given the contact information for more information. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend! Iquan was our waitress, and she had a positive attitude and great customer service. Jeremy Holmes provided us with a business card for entertainment purposes we are interested in. Thanks, 11th Street Precinct Bar & Grill, for a great Saturday afternoon. We both had the “El Gordo” Burger with fries.

First time here. Pulled pork nachos were excellent, very large portion, jaeoplanos served on the side. 2 people very well. Server & other staff were nice and friendly. Friendly astomphere,several large tvs. We’re going to order sandwiches, but very full after nachos.

Ordered food togo at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon – a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, a Reuben, and fries.. cost almost $50, which would be fine IF the food was on point! The chicken was mangled and tough, with the ranch was not on the side like I ordered it.. so needless to say it was sloppy and soggy. Disappointed, we called to see what they could do and the remedy for this waste of $50 was more bad food. We only complained about the chicken sandwich but the fries were gritty and the Reuben was sloppy and soggy too. The 2nd chicken sandwich looked better than the first, but honestly I wish I could just go back in time and not order it at all. Will not be getting food from here again. I will stick to Rudy’s!

The service was terrible! They walked by our table multiple times & completely ignored us. We were her 45 minutes before anyone came to our table. We had to go to the bar to order drinks & they told us we had to order from our waitress. The bar glass had a chunk of glass broken on the rim. Then they added a tip to our check, there were 5 of us. They definitely did NOT deserve a 20% tip for terrible & rude service!

Great food and great service! From the fresh cut fries to the mouthwatering tenderloin you will not be disappointed. Pizza was great too I’m sure anything on the menu you won’t be disappointed can’t wait to go back and try more!
