The young lady working the drive dry obviously can’t multitask because she messed my order up. I got all the way to work to find out my slaw was missing and there was no hot pepper! Mash potatoes were horrible & the strips were a lil hard. The only thing that was good was the biscuit!!

Never in my life have I been subjected to such horrible customer service. I arrived at 9:30 pm on 12/6/25 to purchase an order. I tried to make my order an the lady immediately tells me it will be a 20 minute wait for any chicken. I say that’s fine and continue with my order. She immediately shuts my whole order down by being out of stock. Fine, it’s late and you all close at 10:30 pm, I get it. I pivot and ask for just a 16 piece mixed chicken. She says well you know that’s $40 right?! I say well it says $32.99 on the menu. She says oh your right it’s $35.99 for all white but still $40. I replied no there’s a difference between $32.99 and $40 (jokingly to lighten the existing tension she already created). She then replied $32, $40 do you want it or not? I asked for her manager and she replied she is the manager. This behavior was so foul I don’t understand how this location is even still in business. Excuse me for trying to spend money at your establishment to try to feed my family after a hard day at work myself. Absolutely disgusting service!!

The guy they have working the drive through window needs to be fired he’s arrogant and rude has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have never wanted to get out of my car and beat a guy so bad in my life I can only imagine how much business this place looses because of him do your self a favour fire him or make him quite he a joke.

When I say the food was FRESH I MEAN IT!!! The staff was very pleasant although they had a few rude customers, they remained polite and professional. I definitely recommend, please be patient with staff. It seems as if this IS THE ONLY CLEAN CHURCHES CHICKEN that has FRESH FOOD!!!! Give em a try, they also have a drive-through.

I just done a delivery with church’s over popeyes what i do that for the delivery guy brung my grandchildren 3 box tender meal but they for my chicken I’ve called the delivery guy and church’s neither answer I also with through their help chat . No quick answer . They never give customers there whole order now i have to do a dam popeyes order . Never again will i do delivery with churches again customer service not goid at all.

This is the only location that wouldn’t let us choose our sides for the $6 real big deal. They chose the sides for us. You’re supposed to pick 2 but I only left with a side of mashed potatoes because I don’t eat cole slaw. So I didn’t actually get the deal. They said you can only choose your sides online. That is not what the sign says. The cashier was also rolling her eyes and neck at everybody. So some people walked out.

I went to this location and food was horrible. The lady at the window was very nice.. I ordered a 12 piece chicken tender meal. Well when we got home to eat our tenders was burnt and hard I didnt get my biscuits they gave us some spicy and regular. I asked for just regular. Try to call them and they didn’t answer the phone. If we lived a little closer I would have went back but we stay a distance from the location on 59th.

This use to be my place. The chicken here is terrible doesn’t taste like churches chicken, I’m guessing the name change has something to do with it, tried three different times, each time the chicken has been horrible. Been a customer over 30 plus years, now I’m never returning!!!
