Nate was excellent. Often when making a pizza, the toppings are just thrown and scattered at random but he took the time to ensure an even distribution of ingredients. I happened to catch the staff while the store was empty near closing time and they were concerned with their closing duties, cleaning, emptying trash, etc. Sometimes staff members can be upset when customers arrive near closing time but Nate and his coworkers displayed nothing but a friendly and welcoming demeanor. I also saw that the staff made a point to thoroughly wash their hands and reapply gloves, which made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Excellent experience. As a new resident to the area, I’ve marked this as one of my go-to spots based on the excellent service I received tonight.

If you follow me, my first visit to mod pizza at the humble location wasn’t the best, and I thought I washed my hands of mod pizza altogether. But my love and her daughter wanted to stop in the league city location and asked me to give mod pizza another chance. Service was great, the atmosphere was good, and the food was delicious! It definitely was better the second time around. So maybe I haven’t washed my hands completely about this company, maybe just the humble location.

We totally enjoyed MOD Pizza. I wish we hadn’t waited so long to try it. Service was great. It’s quite fast because you basically pick a crust, size, basic style of pizza from a short menu of suggestion then “modify” to get the exact ingredients you want. Great deal for good salads also. They also have cauliflower and gluten free pizza dough.

Pretty good pizza and a great variety of toppings to choose from. I like that they have one price for the pizza and you get as many toppings as you want. I do not like that they don’t offer any larger pizzas for a family to share. It is pretty expensive to take my children to eat there as they all have to get there own mini mod pizza which is almost as expensive as the full-size mod pizza. They need a better, more affordable option for the kids menu.

Normally I would give a favorable review. Today was the one time I ordered online and set it up to be delivered. I scheduled it for 1:45, figured it would take up until 2pm to be delivered. DoorDash delivered it at 1:15 and left it on my porch in the cold after it said “hand it to me”. Have never had any problems with this location, but they clearly are not able to fill online orders for scheduled times. I was trying to get it delivered around the same time my kids got home from school. So I’m not thrilled with them this time.

I shared a pizza, salad, and cheesy bread with a couple of friends. I ordered the pizza with white sauce which I was not very fond of. The sauce had a different taste that i didnt care for. The crust was really good though and I would get it again with different sauce. The salad was the show stopper. Fresh and delicious! I also tried the BlackBerry lemonaid which was a winner. Just the right mix of tangy and sweet! Staff was friendly and the restuarant was nice and cool which was a good break from the Texas heat.

This MOD pizza place has a great vibe, all staff are cool, very nice and happy. The pizza is one of the best in town. If you never had MOD pizza you should definitely try it, you will never want other type of pizza. The pizza “al forno” is honestly ready in 5 minutes and the big size could easily feed 2 people. Highly recommended! Go check it out!
