Sadly, the service was not good. Jessica was discourteous and showed very little patience. The overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable and did not reflect good customer service.

Came to this Starbucks on our way to Big bear, no on the way up service was good.
On our way down 5 days later, not so good service. 1. Valsatore didn’t want to give us the bathroom code. 2. When we nicely asked what was the dark road of the day he just stared and smirked 3. My grande latte 🙁 what a rip off , it was only filled half way and had like 3 inches of foam 4. my husband spilled hot coffee on his hand because his cup of coffee was filled to the tippy top and the lid & cups became too flimsy . Starbucks you need to look at your lids and cups that become super flimsy with hot liquids. Or double up the cups.

I went into Starbucks to place an order and asked if I could use the bathroom before ordering. They said no, that the bathrooms were closed all day for all customers. They looked me up and down, which felt like terrible customer service. There was no reason for me to be treated like an unwelcome person. What I’ve really been missing is the comfort of a nice bathroom. All 3 employees were very unwelcoming.

One of the worst, and dirtiest starbucks i have ever been to. The bathroom is absolutely filthy. The tables are not wiped down. I do not think Starbucks has any idea of what is going on in this establishment. This should be a warning to Starbucks regional management.

Starbucks, everybody knows Starbucks. Depending on what you want, it’s a nice pick me up or a refreshing delight. The associates are always friendly and welcoming. They have a big selection of drinks that they’re known for and it’s amazing some of the requests that customers ask for. They are a delight at any given time of the day or night. If you’ve never, give Starbucks a try. You won’t be disappointed. Update: Starbucks is up and running full speed. No changes and very well desired. Yet another Starbucks lobby closed. We charge our EV and walk in to buy something and use the restroom but this is now the 3rd Starbucks that the lobby is closed for some lame excuse. Had it with Starbucks and definitely do not recommend. And fyi yes the drive thru is open but we can’t drive the car if it’s charging.

I love going to this Starbucks location first thing in the morning. Like always I order a Venti Soy Carmel Frappuccino extra Carmel and for breakfast I had the Tomato and Mozzarella Panini warmed. If you haven’t tried the panini you should. It’s not just for breakfast. You can order it any time.
