I don’t usually go into Starbucks because I try to support smaller and local coffee shops, but said places tend to close earlier than Starbucks and I was in desperate need of a coffee. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and prompt service at this location. Perhaps it was due to the holiday season but everyone working seemed overly happy to be there. All I asked for was 2 coffees and a pastry for my partner and quickly received both those with a genuine smile that could brighten anyone’s day from an Ashlyn H. That’s all you can really ask for. I hope they keep this spirit even after the holidays. 5/5 would probably visit again

This Starbucks is very close to my home and on my way to work it used to be my favorite location but lately they are inefficient with time and consistently messing up my order. This morning I went through and got my usual and ordered a falafel I am VEGAN! They forgot about my food and then I waited another 10 minutes almost at the window and they give me the wrong with with MEAT in it which I obviously can’t have I took a bite before I realized and I didn’t have time to go back through I am very disappointed and they need to do better.

This place is on a corner and I almost passed it by. It looks like it used to be a bank. Once you locate it, it looks really cool with outdoor seating. If you miss the main entrance you can park in the back and walk to the front.

I gave 3 stars because I ordered a few Oatmeals for breakfast through my mobile app. I picked them up and went back to the hotel. When I took them out it was cold and not cooked. They also didn’t provide the usual sides that come with the oatmeal. I called and they said to come back and get 2 new ones. I went back and they were very nice but told me the water wasn’t hot enough for my original order. It was very early when I went but why put warm water in if you need hot? Where were my usual sides that come with the oatmeal? That is my reason for 3 stars.

I don’t like giving reviews, but in this case it’s warranted especially, because I’ve been to this Starbucks plenty of times before. I placed my order ahead of time, and received a crushed up dark toffee cake I have been to plenty of Starbucks, and that has never happened. To top it off when I went in and asked for ice for my Stanley cup, she dumped the ice in my cup, and got it all over my hand, and the counter and didn’t bother to clean it up or apologize. I understand it was early in the morning, but there is a serious lack of common courtesy. I get it that the holidays were exhausting, but customer service goes along way, I have worked in retail, and I get it isn’t easy but it takes nothing to be mindful of your customers.

I drank it because it’s literally 10 bucks if your gonna make your drinks this expensive please learn how to do your job correctly. Update***They blocked me from ever getting orders from their store because THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIRD PARY PEOPLE and I told the truth..

This location treats third-party people as less than, tired of waiting and staring at my doordash order while they make all these other orders for their “customers”,, and not caring about 3rd party orders just sitting there waiting to be bagged. While they gossip and talk to each other as well.

They do not have good customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you come to pick up a mobile order. I came in for an order the girl saw it on the counter behind her and she said she’ll get it for me in a second. She could’ve easily passed it to me.
