I stay right next to the one on South Grand, but I dont like going there because of the portions they give plus sometimes the service is no good. I decided to drive to Brentwood only to get smaller portions but the service was good. What ever happened to Chipotle giving you your monies worth.

I am so disappointed in this Chipotle. Traveled 25 minutes out of my way just to patronize this particular Chipotle. Decided to take part in the buy one get one free entree. Very very small portions of protein. When I inquired about why the protein sizes were so small the server just gave me a nasty attitude. We literally had maybe six pieces of regular steak in our bowls. Our entrees were even nastier than the attitudes. We could not figure out why our meals were so dissatisfying. After a couple of bites we recognized that all our veggies were frozen. The peppers were not cooked, the corn, tomatoes and the lettuce were all frozen. if Chipotle is going to continue to put out poor quantity and quality like this, I will not be patronizing this particular Chipotle again. On the way out I’m also observed workers bringing food and boxes into Chipotle’s food area where they prepare the food. I know this is unsanitary and I know that when you bring food end it should be in the right temperature this is brought in from one of the workers car.
After reading the reviews, I find I’m not the only one who has received such poor quality and quality of Chipotle. Chipotle you must do better.

I absolutely love love love love Chipotle. I’ve never visited this Chipotle before. This was the dirtiest establishment. I should have known not to order when I looked over at the grill and saw how dirty it was. As the gentleman flipped the meat that was on it. I ordered a bowl with brown and white rice. My protein with steak. The steak was the toughest and driest piece of meat. Please read my review before going to Chipotle’s on Han lay, i would not recommend.!!! Ceo please take a look at this Chipotle

The food itself… Adobe bowl was so much tastier than it’s ever been at another chipotle, The quesadilla was well filled with cheese. The guacamole was excellent. Five stars.
Our one complaint is that it needed a little more attention to cleanliness at the tables … I expect that they were in the midst of a lunch crowd and a bit overwhelmed.

I’ve had chipotle well over 1000 times, from locations all across the country. I’ve been to this one a few times bc I live nearby. It is safe to say that this is one of the worst in America. Food is usually okay, but it takes 20 minutes to get thru the line of 5 people. Food this time around was awful, tasted like nothing was seasoned. Asked for extra cheese, glanced away and as she was closing the bowl I asked if there was cheese on there. She kindly repeated yes there is. Get home and there’s no cheese. Service usually mid was as well.

HORRIBLE service. I was there yesterday and a man who claim to be the manager with long dreads literally went off on me while the others watched and the woman manager watched also and said nothing to this man. I came in asking about the BOGO and he said that’s not offered in store, but probably on the app and I said ok. He asked what I wanted and I said the bowl. He starts making 2 bowls, so I said is both of the bowls for me and he said yes. I said I didn’t ask for 2 bowls, so he takes the rice and throws it back on the bar. But my son immediately had said he would just take it being that the man started making it. So I said to the man slow down you moving too fast. Bc it didn’t make sense to throw the food away. OMG this man went off off on me, talking about “see people like you get on my nerves”, I said who you talking too and he said you. I said if your having bad day go to the back and let someone serve me, because you should not be talking to me like this. He said I don’t have serve you and you can get out my store. I said who is the manager and he talking about he the manager. I said there is no way in the world you are the manager with the nasty attitude you have and the way you talking to me. So I go talking to the other lady because this man threw ALL my food in the trash. She said she was a manager also and I said you see all of this. She said yes it will dealt with. I’m talking to her and stop talking to this idiot and he still going off on me when I’m not even talking to him no more. He took his gloves off and balling his fist up pacing back and forward like he about do something. I would NEVER step foot back in this restaurant with just nasty and rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This man DOES NOT need to work in establishment like this when he has just rude and nasty demeanor. And the restaurant had other customers in their and for him to talk to me like that with my son with me was unacceptable and I will NOT stop with these reviews until something is done because no one deserves to be treated like I was treated yesterday, just because I said “your moving too fast”. Totally unacceptable and I love Chipotle.

They always hook it up for me and I order online. I tip on the app, not sure if they actually get it because when I try to tip in store they refuse it. I think it has something to do with people stealing the tip jar. Always busy but always do a pretty good job

The new honey chicken looks amazing. I was really excited to try it. Unfortunately they forgot to put it on in my bowl. They also left out the cheese sauce that I paid for. I guess my tip wasn’t big enough? If I ever come back here again, I’ll definitely stand in line and not blindly trust them to make my order right. We’ll, looks like I’m an involuntary vegetarian tonight. Don’t get ripped off, it’s not worth using the app – a burrito bowl that’s just rice beans and corn salsa is not worth twelve bucks.
