I haven’t been to thus location in a good minute, i was so hungry so took a chance and stop at thus location. Omg the new GM is doing a great amazing job the one of the manger treat and very professional took care of us very well, chicken fresh coleslaw fresh and crisp inside clean. Over heard the conversation and G M taking care of his employees Ty thank so much and truly full!!!!!!!

I had the new bone-in chicken wings. I’ve had them before and I loved them. where I live there is no Church’s Chicken. My first disappointment you discontinued the sweet spicy sauce that you drizzled on them. My second disappointment came when my order was cold. The situation is not unique to this church’s chicken. I’ve had bad service and okay food at other churches chicken. One thing I can say is that I always get good service and kind people at this location.

I am so disappointed my food hardly every hot, the Jamaican manager was so rude disrespectful and screaming at me at the drive through window and the tall dark skinned man is horrible got mad because my food wasn’t near warm and gave me old chicken and I asked for fresh chicken since im paying my hard earned money and expect fresh food my chicken was dark on the inside smh. I live 3 mins away and it Friday so I assume it would be fresh how do you NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Every time I go to this place my food is cold and every time I order food at the window it’s always cold and I asked every single time is the chicken fresh him while I’m at the line to please give me some fresh chicken which they never do. They get smart and mad about servicing customers with fresh food and chicken. But thats your job to make sure you serve fresh food. Anyone that has a restaurant know that we expect to have fresh food if we spend our hard earned money they act like it’s an inconvenience to service customers with fresh food. Such a shame! 0 STARS

When I say I hate this place I mean it. You literally just opened 9 minutes before I pull up. I order tenders she said 7 minutes cool. I look up it’s been 23 minutes I pull back in to the drive thru and she says pull back around. Like you already know you the one that told me to park in the front. But I tell you one thing you ain’t got to worry about me cause that’s the last time I will ever spend my money in there. THEN it’s not even 11 am and 3 THREE employees outside on the phone HOW!!! You just got here! Then be complaining and crying when people don’t pay you more! FOR WHAT??? Then after 30 minutes of waiting I had to go back when I realized the $4 small side of Mac n cheese I paid for aint in the bag. Then she had the nerve to say I could’ve sworn I put it in there well you Swore wrong! My goodness DONT MAKE NO SENSE!

The staff on this shift Friday Night at 8:41 pm. The deal skinned girl with the braids tried it when the other young lady went and told her I wanted a cup of ice, I’m guessing she was the manager. Her customer service skills were that of a billy goat. So I asked for a cup of ice after I have spend my money there… it could have been a courtesy cup, she( the skinny dark skinned girl with the tattoos on her arm told the other young lady to tell me it would be a regular size cup and it would cost me $3.00 . That’s crazy. Like you can’t give the customer a courtesy cup of ice. Won’t be back there.

It was slow and the people were literally about to come to blows. The lady with the droopy arms was doing alot of yelling and although she was making me nervous she kind of had a point. Because they were terrible and slow. Look at my mash potatoes. It has a country gravy paste like sauce on them. I was really scared to eat them. Thought maybe be spoiled. So me and my family had 12 drums and a biscuit tonight for dinner. They had no pieces but drum pieces. So I succumb to those options at that point t cause I was trapped in the round-a-bout drive-thru death/robbery setup they call a drive thru. More like slow-thru this drive-thru then shoot-thru! WTH I want my money back. FrFr.
