Stopped by the newly remodeled McDonald’s on Alto Road in Kokomo, and while the modern update looks nice, it’s not really my style. They removed the drinking fountains, which still feels inconvenient, and there’s definitely less human interaction now, making it harder to ask quick questions. The parking lot is plentiful and set up as a one-way flow, which actually makes it pretty efficient to get in and out. The drive-thru line moved quickly, and the restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. I was able to order, use a coupon, get my food, eat, and leave without any hassle. It did the main job. The new setup just isn’t my preference, but the restaurant itself operated smoothly. Overall, functional and efficient, even if the remodel takes away some of the classic conveniences.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels with extra bacon and sauce, got the sandwiches and they had no sauce, no big deal im use to it from McDonald’s. I took it back in for them to fix it which they “did”. Assuming it would be right the second time I just went home to eat. When I opened them up not only did they barely have any sauce now there was no egg on them. I live 15 min from this store and I just got off work so I called to try and get a credit and the manger said I had to bring them back which I did. Then when I got it back for the third time it was drown in sauce. I really wanted to go back there and ruin the cooks face in it. I’ll never spend another dime in this store.

I always get the egg steak bagel combo with sub round egg and on the side. I add extra onion and an extra steak and 2 extra hash browns. They have really impressed me lately and food quality has been excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly

peaceful atmosphere the food was so good customer service was really good they were very kind they smiled and the food was made fast and was hot!! I ordered a cheeseburger however I ordered lettuce on my cheeseburger and I paid 50 cents and I did not get what I thought I would get however they made my coffee great I had extras put in it and it made it in a larger cup which made me happy the price was great I use my app and I get free stuff all the time I love it! However the other day had an experience with a manager there that was not so good but today made up for it so the crew that was working today you’re doing a great job thank you

This McDonald’s is the worst, I say in the drive thru, had 3 other cars go before me because they kept going to one line, then someone finally answered and another car pulled up to the other one, I told the girl that answered my online order # and I heard the car next to me do the same, then I heard him say next window, now I had 4 cars go in front of me. Then after I told the girl my order # a guy got on and asked the same ? And I said I just told the girl, and he said it was an auto greeting. They need to put a light on the lanes so you know which car pulled up first, so this doesn’t continue to happen, it’s why I hate McDonald’s, all of them do this, the worst is they have screens to see who got their first and they still pick the wrong car.

I ordered ahead through the app but still had to wait quite a while for my drink. My bacon egg and cheese bagel has no egg on it, so it’s not much of a sandwich. Unfortunately, I’m on a road trip, and the app won’t refund me. What a waste of money.

This location has abysmal service. I normally avoid coming here because they will park you for a fountain pop. Today I thought I’d give them another chance and placed a mobile order. Came 10 minutes after the promised time and was still pulled up with 8 other cars. The order was a couple cheeseburgers and some nuggets. Absolutely no reason for a 20 minute wait at a “fast food” establishment. I understand wanting to keep drive thru times low but faking it by pulling every single customer and wasting every customer’s time is unacceptable. At some point you have to improve the actual service.

Kinda meh. I usually dont have a problem with this location but last night. I got under cooked fries and didnt really enjoy it. Other than that. This McDonald’s is just another fast food joint that has fallen to modernization

Overall Good Experience! Order taker was quick and accurate, person who took the order was also taking cash but did great considering that! Only critique would be I ordered Extra Onion and Extra Seasoning on My Steak Bagel and received No Seasoning and No Onion. Other than that Good Job!

If i could give Zero stars i would. Upon talking to a manager over getting my meal replaced because morning shift at Alto dont do their jobs correct, i came to get my replacement meal only to be told i wasnt allowed to get it after already talking to another manager about it. I strongly recommend Markland Ave Mcdonalds instead of this one. They always make it right for customers!! As for Alro Rd, YALL ARE A JOKE!!
