I’ve never understood the hype about BWW. Service is suspect, food is below average. Atmosphere is ok, every inch of every wall covered with TV’s but only 3 or 4 videos are playing spread throughout. The waitress sprayed the table down next to us and hit us and our food with disinfectant. The 10 dollar unlimited apps was the best part. Caesar salad was boring.

My son and I went in one night. It wasn’t terribly busy so I expected pretty fast service. Wasn’t the case. The waitress was very nice however our food took forever. I ordered just wings. My son ordered dippers with fries. The food came out with no fries. The waitress said they were making a fresh batch. So we ended up getting them to go because we ate for 20 mins with out the fries. As we were wrapping up a family of 4 came in to sit in the both on the side of us. The host handed the father the menus and said don’t sit. He then went to the booth by the window to start cleaning that one for them to sit in instead. The family stood there for over 5 mins in disbelief. Anyways it seemed very chaotic with no leader to guide them

extremely terrible service. waited to be sat for about 5 minutes. once we were no one check on us until a disgruntled waitress came by asking if we had been seen then took our order. before you ask no it was not busy. about 40 minutes later our food came out cold and our side ranches were forgotten. without even asking about 10 minutes later we were handed the check. asked about desert and ordered an cake with ice cream on the picture. didn’t come with ice cream and was told it didn’t then walked away.

Took my boys to Buffalo Wild Wings to give them another chance. We went at 3:30 when it wasn’t even busy. Our waitress was fine — no issues there. But we waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, everything was cold. Wings, fries, cheeseburger… all of it.
For what I spent on four people, this was really disappointing. We will not be back.

I’ve never written a bad review before, but this needs to be said. My brothers, a friend, and I dined in at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was busy, so we didn’t mind the short wait. Our waitress, Judy, took a really long time to get our drinks and food orders in; I was about ready to grab someone to get our food going. When she finally got to us, my older brother said, in a calm voice, “You guys should hire more people.” We were taken aback when she snapped, “Then you should apply.” We ignored it, thinking maybe she misread the situation. Then our friend Mike apologized, saying, “Sorry about my friend; he didn’t mean that in a bad way,” because we didn’t want a bad relationship with the waitress. Judy started saying, “People are so lazy these days, and I’m 45 and have to waitress, and it’s ridiculous because I have health issues and bills to pay.” I felt bad, but not really, because she was calling people lazy for not wanting to work when we all work in a business environment. I was getting mad, and I lost it when my older brother asked for the bill, and Judy said, “Wow, you have money to pay.” I told my brothers I wasn’t tipping her, and we walked out.

First time visit . Tried to visit one other time. Was seen by employees, but husband and I never were greeted or seated. Waited over 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy only a few other patrons. Last night returned with a party of 7. Restaurant was busy. Our server seemed like he didn’t want to take care of us. Took orders. Waited longer than necessary for drinks and appetizers. Son’s mozzarella sticks were cold. He didn’t finish them. After long wait food arrived. Still one person was missing there order. When hers arrived didn’t have dressing that was ordered with the salad. Our server didn’t come check on us. Asked for refill of soda . Never received. Food was overall ok. Very disappointing.

Stopped in with my family last Saturday night. Food was fine. The whole place could be cleaner. Service was shockingly terrible. 20 minutes to get my first beer, server never noticed i was empty, never asked if I would like another, different server brought us food and asked if I’d like another, waited another 20 minutes, then walked to the bar to get it myself, bar tender was no where in site, my son came and grabbed me to tell me my beer had arrived at the table. It was the wrong beer, knew before I sat down (color). I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but the service here was incredibly terrible.

Went with a group of five people. The store wasn’t busy at all only a couple of tables sat down and it took 50mins to get our food. Almost all of it was cold, the wings were drenched in sauce, and the celery was mostly mush like it was weeks old. One of my friends had to wait another 15 minutes for their food too and that came cold also. Staff wasn’t very attentive and I think I saw them take a second to go gossip too so that was nice. Overall pretty sad. I usually like bdubs but this location felt like it was off brand or something.

The food was good but the service was not on point. I waited 5 minutes at the door to be greeted and be seated, but no staff in sight. So I just walked to the bar and seated myself. The bartender didn’t acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. So I spoke up and asked for a menu and then waited about 10 minutes before I said something about being forgotten about. Then I ordered a burger, and I was asked if I would like and order of wings for $1, which I did. Then I waited for my burger, which the wait was not too terrible but when my wings came out I was given someone else’s order, which I didn’t know. So, overall, slow and no hospitality service.

I forgot my ID in the truck and I have a E-ID which is valid in all US.
She doesn’t know the difference from pic and E-ID and didn’t want to serve me a beer.
Lost a customer. The GM didn’t have a single minute to talk to me.
Bad place. Won’t come back.
The floor is slippery . Be careful. Very Greasy
