Had a very nice experience and wanted to share. The staff at the drive through was very attentive and provided great service. Tina at the first window was super friendly and Olivia at the second window made sure my order was correct upon picking up. Even with a couple cars in line in front of me, it did not take long at all.

I had to stop and write this review immediately after visiting the PDQ drive-thru today. While the chicken and fries are always fantastic, it was the service from Tina that genuinely made my day, and I can confidently say she provided the best drive-thru experience I have ever had.
From the moment I pulled up to place my order, Tina was radiating positive energy. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, making me feel like a genuinely valued customer, not just another car in a busy line. My order was taken accurately and delivered with impressive speed, but what truly set her apart was her genuine warmth. She took the time to flash a huge, bright smile and wish me a wonderful day in a way that felt completely authentic. And that lemon blueberry cookie she sold me on was absolutely delicious!
Tina is an absolute asset to the PDQ team. She is a shining example of how fantastic customer service can elevate a great meal into an exceptional experience.
