Old/burnt fries, sandwich missing everything but bread, chicken and mayo also very salty. The nuggets smelled funny and the texture wasn’t any better. Based on my overall experiences here I wouldn’t recommend.

Sad really. I think this place is just used to having no dine in customers, but either way really sad. Food came out fast. Food was cold, old. Frosty was good. But the inside was just desolate like a post apocalyptic vibe. The drink machine had zero soda–90% of the drinks were “unavailable”–and was filthy; took a gamble and got flavorless tea; I’m assuming they have a separate drink machine in the kitchen they use for drive through and pick ups. Ketchup tasted weird and we took the last two condiment cups–again I don’t think anyone dines in here so it’s probably quite old. Just pitiful and I sort of pitied the place, but what can I do other than write this review.

I had not been to a Wendy’s since 1972. Can you believe that? Well, its true. My family came back from Caracas, Venezuela living there for 2 years. So, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc were all new eat in stores for us when we came back stateside. Anyway, for some reason when I had a hamburger back then I didn’t like it. So, I never ate there again till the other day.

The food was good and the service was fast and friendly..the resturaunt was clean and they had free wifi. No play area for the kids but has handicap seating and parking. A very nice place to bring the family and grab a quick bite .

So I came here from California after deciding to make a quick stop. And let me just say the food was phenomenal and the staff were very nice. The fries and chicken sandwich was made perfectly the veggies were fresh.

I came here for lunch on 7/20/22 at 12:28, and of course there was a line in the drive through but I got to the window in a reasonable amount of time! there was an older white guy taking orders on a head seat up front and there was a black guy taking orders/money in back and both were very nice! Jack took my money but I’m 99% sure the other gentleman took my order, both were very nice and personable! Loved seeing more males on the customer service side! Very nice! And my food was right and fresh! Everyone did a good job! Cooks, customer service, food runners, and manager! Whoever the maintenance guy is keeps it very clean too! Good job everyone!

Food is good but has a MAJOR issue the line is constantly wrapped around the building service takes an over load of time and I know it’s the workers fast food used to be FAST but those workers are lazy and slow they lack attention to detail in any matter constantly forgetting sauces and putting cheese on things where it’s not requested even when a allergy is stated which is concerning I love Wendy’s and it’s sad the the one in Salem is the worst in all of Roanokes area I think they need to clean up their employees by weeding out the lazy ones because there are many there I can not stress this enough fast food is supposed to be FAST

Stopped in this morning around 10:30. Waited in no line for about 3 minutes. Decided to use the restroom. There was no soap or towels in the ladies room. I thought so how are these female employees washing their hands? Went back out and asked. There was really no answer. So I left. Please be aware
