I must say… I randomly popped into this location specifically because I needed two BK crowns. I wasn’t going to buy anything if they didn’t have them. I surprisingly got so much positive enthusiasm when I asked for them! So, went ahead and got my order. I got my food within a minute! (I was skeptical of the quality, but hey. Fast food is fast food, I get it). I also forgot my crowns and the manager (I believe his name was Tommy or Tony) went out of his way, while taking my order to assure I got them! Anyway, parked in the parking lot to try the food (was going to leave a positive review anyway, despite my bacon king being mediocre if it was) and it was text book! Hot! Uniform looking! Being a general manager for another establishment, I was blown away by this Burger King! Will be going out of my way to come here once a week because of the management.

Got a breakfast sandwich from there, it was horrid! I felt like I bit into a block of salt. Took a couple bites and threw it in the trash! Who is eating this slop? Service was friendly though!

I’m not a frequent fast food person except for an occasional ice cream. However, there wasn’t much more in the immediate area to choose from, and my family won the selection choice . Anyway! After a LONG wait at Wendys across the way, we decided to cross the street to Burger King, we should have come to BK 1st.! I have honestly never been to a more friendly fast food restaurant . I did have a burger, fries, and ice cream on this day. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from food suggestions and descriptions to making sure the ice cream was served up just right. The food was hot, and the facility was clean and calm. I wasn’t crazy about the fries. However, they were fresh and hot. I wish that I had taken pics of the wonderful staff and clean facility .

Ordered plain burgers. What did I get? These burgers were swimming in goop like they were auditioning for a Nickelodeon slime reboot.
This wasn’t a mix-up, it was a complete disregard for food instructions that I clearly wrote out, highlighted, and mentally screamed into the void. I couldn’t eat them. No one could. Unless you’re into mayonnaise roulette.
Tried getting help through Uber Eats support, but it was like arguing with a Magic 8-Ball. Responses ranged from “Thanks for your feedback” to “Not our problem.” Just automated gaslighting and corporate apathy.
⚠️ If you have any kind of allergy, sensitivity, or just basic expectations for edible food, avoid this location like a sneeze in an elevator. They don’t read, they don’t care, and they definitely won’t fix it when they screw up.
You’re not “having it your way” here—you’re having it their way, and their way tastes like regret.
I hope management starts to take instructions and food sensitivities, seriously.

Our experience was this was a 5-star BK. The person taking our order was friendly, spoke clearly and ensured our order was correct (vital with hungry screaming kids changing their minds). Impossible Whoppers were some of the best we’ve had.

I ordered 2 chicken wraps and a chicken sandwich last night for me and my boyfriend and we both were up from 4 am- now it’s 12:30 very sick with food poisoning and I am 8 months pregnant. The burgers that my family got seemed to be fine but there is something wrong with your chicken or how ours was prepared and “customer help” on the website did not help at all. Will not be getting food from this location again.
