SOPHIA & JESSICA WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and gave me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH!! It’s employees like this that make a business or franchise successful!! They both had smiles on their faces, looked like they were happy to be at work and MADE MY DAY!! The food was hot and fresh straight off the grill. If I owned this place I would be giving them a raise bc they definitely deserve some type of compensation for being such good workers/ employees. I will recommend this place to everyone and I will let everyone know how wonderful of a experience I had here at Burger King HOME OF THE WHOPER WHERE YOU CAN AND WILL “HAVE IT YOUR WAY” I definitely had it my way today and cannot thank you enough !!!

I think they got new management because they have been getting it right everytime these days. They used to forget the cheese on my whopper every time, now is good. I love the King of Burgers.

We ordered 2 whopper meals and they gave us the whoppers but not the fries or onion rings or any of the other things we paid extra for. Truly unbelievable this Burger King stays open but actually not really because all Burger Kings are like this. Just hiring bottom of the barrel people. Luckily there’s a million other fast food places around so I would recommend you go literally anywhere else lol

Managers must have been changed or something. Decided to have our son pick us up dinner from here tonight on his way home, and it was all actually amazing and fresh! Fried a little salty but hey I can definitely live with that, original chicken ken sandwich was so fresh, bread was soft , wasn’t made messy! Wife got whopper, again bread fresh, fresh meat she said!!! My son got chicken wraps and his chicken was fresh, and didnt have to wait 30 minutes in line! Thank you for the chances!!! Amazing tonight around 630pm !!!!!

Walked in and my shoe got stuck on the sticky floor, shoe broke. We waited almost 30 minutes for our order only to have it messed up not once, not twice but THREE times. Fries and onion rings were stone cold. No apologies. Nothing…. They also messed up another person’s order and proceeded to yell at the customer.

Says they are open 24 hours. Tried stopping in around 6:00am and while there were 2 cars in the parking lot which should mean employees were inside, no one answered the drive thru for over 5 minutes. Pulled around to the pickup windows and no movement inside. Tried honking and yelling to get someone’s attention without luck.

Head GM is very lazy and is a child. Very dirty restaurant! If you need to use the restroom expect no toilet paper or soap. You might want to bring some cleaner to wipe the seats before you sit, extremely dirty! There is rust on the women’s napkin disposal box in the bathroom – make sure to get your tetanus shot! Workers will grab food with their hands and eat and then use the same hands to make your food! Stay away!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order online and they gave me the wrong sandwich. This old lady at the window had a nasty attitude and she slammed the window in my face because she had the wrong order and even had the audacity to say I can’t have a cup holder because I only had 2 drinks. Also I didn’t want to call back because I didn’t want them to do anything to my food. I highly recommend for you to NOT come to this Burger King. Especially if you don’t want your day ruined by nasty attitude employees.

I normally have good experiences here but the people that work the night shift are horrible. I went to pick up my mobile order, came home and discovered one of my whoppers was so burnt it was rock hard and had flakes of almost charcoal falling off of it. My drink had a visible layer of some chunky fluid in and around the cups edge, as well as a hair floating in the top. I went back to see if it could be fixed and was handed a plain burger after asking for the same whopper to be remade. I asked again for the same burger to be remade only for it to be made wrong a 3rd time. I also asked for a new drink and received the wrong type. I just accepted that I wasn’t going to get what I paid for and left.
