Waited in the drive thru, from ordering to getting the wrong food for 15 plus minutes. The person verified my order. But the bag was missing the other half of my order. Then they wouldn’t do anything about it. Asked for a refund. Wanted me to come back. I was about 20 minutes out of town. And wait in the same line to get my other half of the order.

Came here for DoorDash, they lock the doors 10 minutes early. Im now 15 minutes late for my pick up because of their poor service. Do not recommend, especially if you are picking up for delivery service. I literally will never pick up another order for this location!!!!

Clean dining area, friendly hardworking shift manager, and usual McDonald’s food. The service, though, was unusual slow. 15 minutes inside for 2 quarter-pounders and a large fry!!!

Ordered thru the app for a drive-thru pick-up. Everything was fine until I came home and found the pie we’d gotten had had a finger stuck into it. Another time, I recieved a pie with a bite taken out of it. I will no longer be risking it. No more pies from the 8th St McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald’s experience of my life today. Took 35 minutes to get a simple order for our family and almost nothing was right when it finally came to us so had to go back to the counter multiple times. Also missed most of the sauces were supposed to get but by this point we were so frustrated and children were unhappy so we just left with what we had.
There was one young guy running around trying to deliver and take orders from everyone and everyone else seemed to be standing around doing as little as possible. When I went to ask what was up after 20 minutes I was told that they were behind on fries and that was the hold up…would recommend any other McDonald’s in the fm area over this. Been in the area for 15 years and service at this location is the worst I’ve ever seen it. Will not return here.
