Service would be a 1/5 if it wasn’t for a really sweet Asian lady, so I gave them a 2/5 to count her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
The staff forgot about half my order, even after I went up and asked twice within 15 minutes from ordering. The employees (aside from the nice lady) also were being strangely and overly flirtatious with each other lmao. I’m 22 and have worked in fast food, so I get having a friendly working environment with coworkers. However their flirting made me a bit uncomfortable. And it seemed to be 3 of the girl employees with one of the male managers (I think). So it felt reaaaaally weird and they were loud about it lol. Just weird so again, 2/5.
The food also had some weird textures that I don’t really get at other Panda Expresses but nothing worth complaining over. So food is 4/5.
The dining area was clean and spacious at least. However, the women’s bathroom was disgusting. So 3/5 for atmosphere.

Also note: whenever I have come here in the past, it was through the drive thru. Whenever I came, they’d claim they didn’t have like 70%+ of their menu, and I didn’t come late. And when they did have stuff, they often skimped me :(. So it’s nice they have a drive thru but I think it’s safer going in.

What can I say? It’s your typical Panda Express. The food is hot and delicious, and you get great portions. Sometimes I have to wait for an item to be made. They seem to get a bit flustered when there’s a line for food, but they do get you in and out pretty quickly. The food is fresh and delicious, hence the occasional wait.

I have been a patron for years in Englewood at this location. Today I have ordered beef and broccoli and I was given 3 pieces of beef and like ten of broccoli. I felt dissatisfied since you don’t care about good portions and customer’s satisfaction. Not coming back.

I came here several years ago and was not impressed. However, in the last year or so I’ve been coming back now, often. It’s Asian fast food. That is what it is. But it’s good! Chef/Manager Nick is super impressive in the kitchen and the food he cooks up is delicious! Not to mention that he’ll step out from behind the flame to help customers and make sure everyone is taken care of. His customer service and kind smile along with his excellent food make going to Panda Express worth it. I think I’ll start dining in from now on.

The food was delicious, not too dry and not too oily. The service was also very good, the worker Sonia was very nice to me and my mom and brother despite the language barrier she tried her best,, she’s also very helpful and caring… the inside was clean and calm. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s craving Chinese food… 10/10

The staff is nice but they’re missing 50-75% of the menu for the first and last 1-2 hours of the day.

They don’t prep food before open and they start winding down well before close. They should delay opening and close earlier instead of trying to appear ready when they’re not.

I arrived at Panda Express at 9:50 PM, knowing they close at 10 PM, and was disappointed to find no food available to order other than white rice and crab cheese wontons. I said that they were still open and it was still business hours, I asked for orange chicken but she told me no. I completely understand the challenges of working in the industry and serving guests close to closing time, I’ve been there myself, but I’ve always believed that if you’re open during business hours, customers should be served.

I had been busy all day and was really counting on getting a meal. Unfortunately, this experience left me very frustrated and hungry. I hope management can address this so future customers aren’t turned away before closing time.

Went at lunchtime so it was very busy. I have no problem being patient. Everyone needs to be patient. However, the kid taking orders in the drive through was extremely rude. He was telling people to wait almost 10+ min each in the line. When I got to the speaker he started to take my order and then told me to hold boss. I asked how long he needed and he said, you can wait. I waited another 10 minutes and asked if he needed longer. Again he let out a rude comment and then I just left. People from 30 min prior were still at the window, waiting for food. If you can’t handle the traffic, just close the drive through! Problem solved. No need to be a jerk.
