Very customer oriented! Something you don’t get from McDonald’s very often. I miss ordered, totally my fault. They were more than willing to fix it for me.

Stopped at this location while passing through town for lunch. Placed a mobile order, waited 25 minutes for my food and all of it was incorrect. I did not notice it was incorrect until about 15 minutes down the road. Called the location to request a refund since the whole meal was incorrect. Was yelled at over the phone stating that they would not issue a refund unless I returned with the food then they set the phone down and never came back. Location wanted me to first wait 25 minutes for my food and then drive 15 minutes back to then wait for the food again and then have to drive back the direction I just came from. Called the corporate customer care line and they were able to issue a refund for me. I would never recommend this location, all the food was incorrect and the staff is extremely rude.

Have to waiting for over 9 minutes I ended up having to walk out, the woman told me three times that somebody would be with me shortly. I’m on my way to work I don’t have time to just listen to somebody will be with me shortly I placed my order at the kiosk I was just trying to pay and get one item. Truly pathetic, and it’s not like nobody knew I was there.

McDonald’s is tripping on the price for breakfast sandwiches right now the only REASON I come is because Carolyn at the pick up window makes my day in the morning. She has the best hospitality & customer service and I hope yall give her a raise or pay her well, because she makes the company look good as a whole. & if yall mistreat this worker Id hire her

Ordered food at 8:15 am waited 1 HOUR for my food. Drive through line was backed up. Employees kept taking orders for drive through, and nobody focusing on the customers inside which was also backed up. The food was cold when gotten, didn’t seem like giving a refund. Could be more fast paced ( not the cooks fault)

Almost all tables we looked at to sit down to were dirty…so why isn’t someone going around cleaning them more often? Food and crew were courteous.

We had an amazing experience yesterday. I don’t usually expect a good experience at fast food but it was good even compared to sit down dining. Breakfast was delicious, everything was clean, and the staff was SO NICE!

Ordered a double quarter pounder with mayo only. Way too much mayo and the burger was raw. Blood was hitting the carton when I took a bite. Disgusting. My son had a happy meal with go gurt and cheeseburger with ketchup only. Burger was done, but had everything on it and he got apple slices instead of the yogurt he asked for. Manager is offering a free replacement meal, but I honestly don’t know if I even want it. A refund would have been better. Very disappointed and probably will not return. I recommend Hardees instead.
