I love this location. I am here literally 3 days a weeks. The food is always delicious and well made. I most of all love the staff. They are genuinely friendly and make sure the food is always accurate. Every time I visit I have a great conversation with one of the staff members. Definitely one of my favorite places for breakfast in Avon.

I recently had an outstanding experience picking up a to-go order at the Avon location. The establishment was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. Most impressive, however, was the level of customer service I received.
The staff member who assisted me—whose name I unfortunately did not catch—went above and beyond to ensure my order was handled perfectly. She was patient, courteous, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and attentive, and she made the entire experience memorable.
In a time when many businesses focus solely on efficiency, this location clearly prioritizes customer experience. I highly recommend giving them a try—not only is the service exceptional, but the food is delicious as well.

I honestly love coming here. The manager, Shannon, is on top of things and she’s always making sure everyone is taken care of and she is a sweetheart. Even when the store is busy everyone does their best to accommodate. The atmosphere is positive and even though it’s out of the way for me most of the time, I make the trip because the food is good and the staff is always nice. Definitely recommend!

On my way to work, I decided to stop in at Einstein Bagels. Brittney was at the cash register and Mindy, prepared my bagel. As indecisive as I can be, Brittney was very helpful w/ recommending, a bagel. They both were very warm and had great attitudes, for it to be so early in the morning! Oh and did I mention, the bagel was AMAZING!

Great service! I had a taste for a bagel and found that Einstein was near. Went in and Mindy was immediately attentive, told me about perks of signing up and even gave me an extra bagel for my first visit. While most spots are neutral or robotic it was nice to visit a spot where customer service was actually a thing.

Hello all!
Had a decent first experience, but just wanted to make folks aware of what you may experience if it’s anything similar to my experience here.
First of the bagel sandwiches are phenomenal, they are exactly what you order no issues there. You may end up with a spare piece of sausage as they prep all the bagels on the same prep line. You can see this as you enter. No issue to me but other maybe, not sure! My farmhouse sandwich came out great no issues like I said before. My wife’s egg sausage also came out with no issue.
Where some push back occurred was with the pictures Cold brew! Normally, I go anywhere and order a cold brew, I only have to worry about the occasional simple syrup the coffee shop may want to offer. Not here, as per the picture straight from the website, the Classic Cold Brew comes with cold brew served over ice. Nothing else. Simple and great. Well, the person who was on drinks Today, graciously added half and half as they stated all cold brews come with half and half. I appreciated the extra add in, but this was not what I ordered or wanted. Simple enough the worked went and got me a new cold brew but wanted me to know to order the right thing next time. They offered some great advice as to hot to get the plain cold brew, which was to order the plain iced coffee. Sure enough, I didn’t order or wanted a plain iced coffee. Cold brew is slow brewed usually overnight, or at least the concentrate used to make the cold brew is. Iced coffee is usually hot brewed drip coffee poured over ice and served over ice. Different if you order these things often. Taste wise, this reminds me of a iced coffee as it’s after taste is slightly burnt and bold. Cold brew tends to be rather smooth. No problem. They are new here and seem to be in a rush to get food and drinks out. Simple issue, just be aware of what you order and what you get.
With that in mind, we will be back.

Mindy practically opened the door for me as i came in. They were so quick with their service and it was made with love. Parker took my order and i’ve never had a sandwich so well put together. Not like those other places (you know where i’m talking about) where the sandwich is t even aligned on the bun. Go to this location! it was clean and so great.

We loved this location when it first opened, but they seem to have an older lady who is a new manager and it has gone downhill. Ordered a bagel and shmear yesterday and the shmear was spread so thin on the bagel that you could see the bagel through the cream cheese. You get way more spread when you go to Panera.
