This used to be an amazing place in the first place. Over time it’s lost its essence. I ordered fries and a chicken burger and my wife ordered a black bean burger. The fries were floating in oil and also the burger was tasteless and oily. Looks like the chef/cook has no experience with cooking. They thought if I add more oil to anything it might taste good. Food was horrible please go somewhere else.

The last time I came, I said I wouldn’t return because of the terrible service I received. However, after many months, I decided to give them a second chance. Today, Noah, a super friendly and attentive young man, served us. I would definitely return without hesitation because of employees like Noah. The service was excellent; my drinks were always refilled, and he was always in good spirits. The food arrived exactly as we ordered, and everything was delicious.

We went 02/22/2026 and we had Noah as our server. He was very attentive to our table and came over often enough to check if we needed anything else.
The food was also freshly made so it was quite good to me. The area wasn’t that noisy but definitely comfortable in ambiance.

Rather disappointed in this location. First off, inside was extremely cold. The food was nothing to brag about either, sides were minimal (maybe 10 fries and 4-5 broccoli florets). Asked for seconds on the bottomless side, they never got delivered. The salmon was tiny, the ribs full of fat and undercooked. They also said they are out of clean steak knives and I had to eat the ribs with a tiny plastic knife (it wasn’t even busy, unsure how they ran out of clean knives). Overall disappointed, likely won’t revisit this location. Attending staff was nice at least, about the only positive.

Awesome experience at this restaurant! My takeout order were their Zucchini fries and they were absolutely delicious. I had initially ordered more food but there was some type of issue/glitch causing the order not to complete in its entirety. The hostess upfront, Kathleen, was a delight in assisting me with the issue and assured me she would gladly retake my order and she apologized repeatedly for an issue that wasn’t her fault nor the restaurant’s fault. These things simply happen in every day life in the food industry, but her main focus was making sure that I was a satisfied customer before I left. I asked to speak to her supervisor, Ethan, and he was just as kind as she was. We need to take the time to let people know that we appreciate them and their good service!

My husband and I got burgers delivered yesterday evening, and they were perfect. The fries were so crispy and still warm. The burgers had a good char, and the buns were crispy. So were the fried onion straws I got on the side for my burger. Their delivery was also fast. It was the best Red Robin meal I’ve had in a while. This location is doing everything right, and the manager Enrique is really leading his team well. I also talked to Kathleen on the phone when called to compliment them, and she was so professional and sweet. Keep up the good work!

Our family had the best time at this restaurant! The burgers were a huge hit. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We also want to give a special shout-out to the bartender, Shawntel. Even though we were there as a family, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Her friendly energy and amazing service really made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place for a great family meal and be sure to ask for her as your server!

My family and I recently dined at Red Robin, and while the service was really good, friendly, attentive, and quick the overall experience left a little to be desired for me personally.
My family enjoyed their food, which I was happy about, but unfortunately, my burger was undercooked and raw in the middle, so I couldn’t really enjoy my meal like I wanted to. I also ordered the garlic fries, and this was or 1 at time trying them and they came out soggy and super oily, which made them taste off.
Red Robin usually hits the spot, but this visit just wasn’t my most pleasurable. Hopefully, next time will be better because I know they can do much better!

We had such a wonderful experience at this location! My fiance and I came to dine in for a late lunch! We were greeted by the front of house staff, and had an absolutely amazing waitress by the name of Jayden! She was attentive, and made sure we had everything that we needed! She is great at her job. Her Customer Service skills were impeccable!!!
